Battle: Dancin' in the dunes! The frozen sword clashes with the guns of justice

((this is just another "just for fun" battle thread, that is to say its not really happening in terms of the rp))

Sano tread through the sands of Alabasta under the great burning sun, the large hat and cloak he'd purchased protecting him from its heat. As he walked the shifting sands waved in the wind from each step while he walked on against the desert winds, the oasis was near and hed be able to check up with his crew via his stolen den den mushi. Sano was, as usual calm and collected despite the head retaining his reserved confidence.

((Accaila will be fighting him, I didn't clarify in the title))

Accalia was ahead at the time at the Oasis as she was dipping her feet in the spring " Ah this feels good " she says as the water begins to freeze around her feet " Am glad this oasis is hidden so well in the desert" She thought not hear the distant sounds of footsteps in the sand. She sets aside her katana as lays back on the ground as she stares into the sky.

Sano arrived at the oasis still collected and his usual alert calculative self but rather heated and decidedly sandy. He removed his hat to allow his strait lavender hair to blow freely in the wind, something he was normally to uptight for, taking a seat by the water Sano began to drink not even noticing Accalia siting a distance away untill the water began to freeze near him, shocked but finding losing his cool to be beneath him looked over to find the source of the ice, it was a woman a bit older than him who he knew from wanted posters, with no more than a name face and bounty to go on her abilities might explain the price on her head, Sano wouldn't normally mind but the ice had frozen the water hed needed to traverse the rest of the desert solid and he would be extremely inconvenienced by that, so calmy he strolled over "excuse me, I don't mean to be a bother but it seems that you might have accidentally frozen the pool here... would you mind perhaps unfreezing it so that I could refill my water bottles?"

Accalia opened one eye as she noticed someone standing over her " Oh...am terrinly sorry about that i tend to lose control of it " she says as she taps the frozen spring with one finger and it begins to reside back into her finger " Hmm.. he must be a good navigator if was able to find the spring" she thought as she quietly place her right hand on her blade for precaution. " So tell me, what brings you to the Oasis" Accalia sat up and stretched as she dusted off the sand from her kimono

Sano knelt down and refilled his bottles while he spoke to her "thank you, well two things really, kind of what brings me most places..." Hayato squeaked from inside his jacket and poked his little bat head out for a look at what was going on "chasing outlaws and running from the law" he screw on the first bottle cap "Silly isnt it? I have a bounty just for following my justice, but mines quite up to yours Acclaia" he said showing that he knew her name and alluding to the fact that he knew her bounty

" oh wow, am glad someone knows of me" She smiled as she splashed water on her face and washed it with the side of her sleeve, She notices the little creature pop out of his pocket " Um...what is that she says as she tries to approach it with her hand " Is..is that a bat?" She thinks as she tries not to freak out. " Oh forgive me but i didn't get your name " she blushed as she was embarrassed but what just happen

Sano looked up from his work to notice Accalia and Hayato "yes, hes a boomerang that was made with the bat bat fruit, and my name is Sano Luna and hes called Hayato" he said tactfully disregarding the awkwardness allowing her to save face

Accalia as she bowed towards Hayato " That's a pretty clever use of a devil fruit" She says as she stands up from the ground " You know Sano, since were all alone out here in the oasis how about we spar a little" Accalia stares at him hoping he would accept the offer " Its been a while since i fought someone" she began gripping her sword in ready

Sano wasn't one to refuse a challenge "alright" he said tossing off his desert cloak to reveal his normal outfit, the suit and tie. Hayato flew out and circled Sano once before landing on his shoulder, the fact that he was made of steel was visible now. Sano shifted his legs a bit as he reached for his guns which were at the sides of his body in shoulder holster, an odd looking stance as it appeared that he was preparing both to run and to draw long range weapons "I wouldent mind that"

Accalia took a step forward as she tightened her sash " Alright!!" She yelled out as she drew out her blade " Lets see what you got" she said as a small portion of the area around her started to freeze up. " Don't go easy on me just because am a girl" She says as she laughs, " So tell me Sano, is Hayato going to join the battle" She lowers her blade to the frozen sand as it begins to spin around the blade

Hayato bated his bladed wings "of course, hes a weapon of mine" he said drawing his guns simply aiming them at the ice thinking that ice would trip up my soru... but remaining outwardly collected fireing two ordinary bullets in to the ice shattering part of it, simply out of curiosuty Sano indirectly made the first move

" I hate to fight animals but i guess since it was a weapon first then I guess it counts" Accalia said as she side steps and lunges forwards towards Sano with her blade, " Now lets see how this goes" Her left hand becomes engulfed in ice as she launches it towards him

Sano was swift above all else, in a split second he both side stepped the blade and fired a shit at the sword so that the trajectory of the lunge was thrown off pushing it even farther away from him it would be dangerous if Hayato got to close, that ice could spread over his body just like the blade... Sano had a gun and Hayato free still while his opponent was still in mid attack but he decided to slide back a bit instead of advancing due to the ice
