Appearance: Suigo is a tall man, around 7 feet tall. He wears a policemen cap, colored black, usually with the bill of the hat rather low. He wears small shades, covering just his eyes. No one has ever seen the color of his eyes. He has a rather large nose. He has a scar on his left cheek that goes up till his forehead, and another one that begins from the left side of his lower lip till down to his chin, and continues till half his neck's length. He has a line of brown facial hair beginning from his lower lip to his chin. He also has thick sideburns. He has 2 piercings on each side of his neck, which oddly look like they go deep, making some1 wonder how can they dont damage him.
After entering New World, Suigo appears to have changed his attire. He now wears a red vest, and from below a black shirt is visible, with a small protuberance across his chest, evidence that he still prefers to wear his protective/restrictive steel plates, at least the one across his chest. He also has a blue thick sash across his waist, and now rests his large Nodachi over there rather than constantly having to drag it or carry it on his shoulder. He typically rests his arm over his sword's handle. He wears black trousers and boots, and also has placed a red bandana over his head, instead of his cap, with his hair, now seen in dreadlocks, somewhat visible, especially on the back of his head.
History: Suigo's childhood years remain in mystery. At some point, around 18 years old, he joined the police force. Suigo was sent to a city on the Grand Line and soon he rise in the ranks, eventually becoming the Chief on the Police force on that city. His incredible powers caused everyone to respect him, mostly out of fear. He was called "Suigo of the Abyss" for this. However, due to his extremely vicious and sadistic personality, he was eventually stripped of the force and was exiled. Some time later he reappeared in the city and killed Chief "Manos", causing the police force to chase after him. However, Suigo easily took out the entire force and escaped. He meets Renaldo Ginji and then they both join the Black Cross pirates.
It is revealed that he was also some sort of information broker during his time as an officer, and seemed to have gained enough inside information to gain access to important and strictly regarding the Marines matters and documents. This is one of the reasons that his bounty has had such an enormous leap, from an average 32,500,000 to a staggering 216,000,000 Beli. He appears to have gained such knowledge that, during his captain's time as a Shichibukai, he could freely go and visit the Fleet Admiral himself where, apparently he and the man had some sort of talk, the context of this talk and what was decided upon is currently unknown, however it's implied that it has something to do with Wally's seemingly effortless ability to acquire rare, and mostly Marine-related, items, such as Black Den Den Mushi's.
Personality: Suigo is a very vicious man. He was stripped of his rank due to his tendency to kill off any criminal he would get, even for puny crimes, as well as give no concern about the safety of the civilians. He has a high thirst for making others suffer. He is also very serious, usually doesn't show any emotions and tents to talk in a way that makes him sound like he is talking to himself, rather than the person he speaks to. He also tents to talk to his sword, meaning that he sees it as a close friend, rather than just a weapon. He dislikes seeing "weaklings" wielding swords, since they "spoil the sword's spirit".
When facing a strong opponent, he apparently follows a "swordsman code" to the very end, like not attacking someone from behind, even remarking his enemy, something he would never do to a weakling. He apparently loses his usual calmness when he is attacked from behind. This is the only time he shows some emotions, in this case, heavy anger. Lastly, he is very blunt, and tells what he thinks right away, without caring for the consequences. However, recently its shown that he is not as evil as people considered him to be. He helped "Fei Wu Shang" and her crew escape after fighting with her, albeit this might have been cause he wanted to face her again when she gets stronger. Tiberius did commented he didnt expected Suigo to have "it" in him.

Special abilities:Suigo is one of the Black Cross Pirate's higher-ranked members, meaning he has authority over the regular members as well as he is allowed to take some decisions over matters without directly listening to his captain's orders. He appears to be very skilled in collecting intelligence and is a skilled negotiator as well.
Physically, he is several times stronger than an average person, and even without his sword or using "super-human arts (Rokushiki)" he is a very fast and powerful individual. On top of his speed and strength, he is fairly durable, enough to endure several slashes and continue to fight, albeit weakened.
He appears to have some knowledge about boxing, as he could fight with "Fei Wu Shang" that way for some time, although he did commented he had no chance beating her that way.
He has exceptional eyesight, being able to follow the movement of even "superhuman speed" individuals.
He also seems to be able to learn exceptionally easily, both when it comes to fighting moves and skills, as well as to memorize formulas and information.
Rokushiki: Suigo is capable of using the Rokushiki move called "Soru". This grants him superhuman speed, which, combined with his swordsmanship, makes him a deadly opponent.
Also, while not Rokushiki, he was able to quickly learn and use one of the Creta Tropica's residents trademark move, that enables him to effectively walk in the sky, in a manner similar to "Geppou".
Swordsmanship: Suigo is an extremely proficient swordsman. Prior to becoming a pirate, he sliced down several police officers in a blink of an eye. He is praised by many as one of the stronger swordsmans in the Grand Line. He lives up to this reputation by being able to fight on par with the extremely powerful and infamous "Lightning Beast" Satoshi (though since then, its implied that Satoshi has surpassed him) and is the most capable swordsman in the Black Cross Pirates. His level of skill is great enough that Suigo can slice through steel easily, cut objects much thicker than his blade's length, and fire energy waves, created by air, that can vary, from bullet-sized to large enough to slice down entire buildings in half. It should also be noted that Suigo's sword, the "Kaisa Debai" Nodachi has a Kairouseki edge, meaning he is capable of fighting with Devil Fruit users more equally.
Durability: Suigo wears a number of steel plates under his clothes, on vital zones. He wears a large one on his chest, a thinner one on his abdomen, and smaller and lighter ones on his forearms and legs. His enables him to endure bladed attacks extremely well, and can even help him endure a good array of melee attacks in general. He doesnt seem to be slowed down by them, meaning he is used to wear those plates.
