Effect: This fruit allows the user to move around the organs in their body to wherever they want. This doesn't mean they can move where their limbs sprout from, it means they can change stuff like that internally, while the outside stays looking the same. Example, the user could move their heart into their leg, so a blow to the area where a heart usually is wouldn't kill them. The "organs" the user is able to move include blood, nerves, muscles, etc, but not bones. The only exception to looking the same outside is that user may also move organs like taste buds into a place like their hand, allowing them to taste with their hand. Another use for this fruit, is that the user could move all the muscle from one arm to the other, leaving one arm limp and one with double strength.

yes, if you convert a df user to an npc, retire them, finnish their storyline or kill them they dont mater any more
