Name in Japanese (translation): Tk-Tk fruit (Telikinises fruit)

Type: Paramecia

Capabilities: A rather unique fruit, which allows the user a number of abilities. Rangewise, it has a functionability of ten feet from the user's body, however, it is extremelly weak at this distance, allowing the use to only shift small particals of dust or sand in small amounts and in one direction only. As the range decreases, the strength increases, so that at five feet, he/she can lift the weight of a small cannonball, (but not stop it if it is moving, possibly deflect it slightly by at most a few inches at the speed it would be travelling) or several smaller objects around him/her.
At half a foot, the ability is strongest. It can be used to make swinging large weapons a lot easier, or even moving items up to 1 ton (This cannot be done in quick succession due to the mental strain and is only used to stop fatal blows). Bullets will do less damage, but will still hit the user.
The user will be able to increase their jumping and stamina by applying the Telikinises power to their own body, and stop serious injury when sent flying by slowing themselves, but it cannot affect other people.

It will not affect attacks from the users blindside, as it requires the user to activate the ability to do so.

telikinisis, teliportation, mind control, mind reading and unconditional abilities are baned as they all entail god moding

that being said you have taken many steps to LIMIT your telikenisis and so I wont reject it outright, instead Ill ask Irrational what he thinks (hes our logic guy)
