| anyone can have any approved or cannon devil fruit they want.... so yes but try to wright there storys like the fruits wer one of a kind | |

| yes that does seem like it, LightningGhost. My character Roger "Silver Hair" Seawalker is the very character who has that ability and if we were to battle. Then it would be probably end in a draw, unless seastone is involved. Since one of Roger's special abilities is that he can't be harmed by electricity or heat. | |

| I got a question at which point can we increase our bounties beyond the 30 mill max?
Also, will we have a 4 person Yonkou system, for the 4 greatest pirates, not including the pirate king. How about a ranking system like (Tier 3)Marine Commodore=Grand Line Captain = New World Crew, (Tier 4)New World Captain = Yonkou's crew = Marine Vice-Admiral, (Tier 5)Yonkou = pirate king's crew = shichibukai = Marine Admiral, (Tier 6)Marine Fleet Admiral = Pirate King. As for (Tier 2) Marine Captains = Grandline Crew = N/S/E/W Blue Captain, (Tier 1) Marine Crew = N/S/E/W Blue Crew
