Malik panicked in all the comotion, picking up his three weasals and looking around. He noticed that the man who stole the fruit was Sano, the man he had battled quite a while ago.
He ran towards Sano, seeing another man with a gun to Sano's head. Sano was an hounorable man... There must be a misunderstanding...

((Wait a minute, I just remembered Admin-sama-senpai-sama-san-sensei-san-sama-kun saying that battle threads don't effect plot... So technically Malik and Sano never met.... Dam, I just failed....))

While Sano wasn't an amateur aiming for the head was an amateur's mistake. A proffessional would know to jerk out of the way. Josey's head wasn't very large and so he did not need to make a large dodge. Simply moving a step in the opposite direction as his bow would deal with all of the shots. Compressing his bow, he put it back into his vest. "You say their is no honor amoung theives yet you fired first. If I'm the scum, then why haven't I fought back? There is no point in this. I killed the man because I was hired to do so. Do you attack bounty hunters for capturing criminals? If not, why would you shoot at me for killing a criminal. No man who promotes fighting is pure and neither is the man who shoots first. I see that you are steadfast in the belief of my evil but I have not tried to kill you once. I have been civil, while you fire bullets at me. I will give you one more chance before I fight back. Do you really want to take me on? Think clearly before you shoot again." Then Josey continued, "You won't think about what I've said though, even with the conditions. My reason falls on deaf ears as you don't want to do the right thing; you want to shoot me. You are no hero, you are just as sick as I am, if not more."
