His legs turn into springs and he pumped his legs over 20 times before launching into a controlled burst of powerful speed like a bullet with his punch aimed straight at Wally . Francis appeared behind Dude , swinging his sword at Dudes arm aiming to cut it off

Wally swiftly says "Push" ,extending his hand on his opponent, using his Devil Fruit's gravity control to send him on the opposite direction.
Wally: Fruit user eh ? Well no matter how strong you are, nothing can withstand gravity !
Dude releases a surge of static on his body and swings his hand, while agile bending his body to evade it in order to merely collide his hand onto Francis hand, without showing signs of trying to hit him, just cancel the attack.

Both Deakin and Francis looked shocked,

Deakin : "NO, I will Kill you !!!!, Take This SPRING BAZOOKA!!!!!"

HE pumps his hands 20 times as springs to charge them up and delivers his most powerful punch to Wallys gut

Francis : "Take this, my speciality , HAWK TORNADO!!!"

His sword launches sharp wind scythes at multiple parts of the body especially the head and legs

Wally sees it. He calls "Toride Kagai" and is covered in darkness.
Wally: No fruit attack can beat me, give up fool !
Dude is surrounded by electricity. He takes out a "crab"- looking tool to block the sword's movement.
Dude: If I touch you, then you get affected by electricity. You will slash me a bit, but after it you will be unable to fight ! So think before you act !
He laughs and spins with the crab and one hand having more static concentrated.

Before they could continue attack a huge pheonix talon cut down Francis followed by a soru and another kick from Nishkis pheonix form talon, both Deakin and Francis are on the ground and unconscious, Nishki turns back to human form with a serious look on his face as he checks both pirates

Dakumaru comes running to Niski and says gasping for air "Sorry Im Late Vice Admiral Niski what are your orders" Dakumaru stands at attention

Wally: Mythical zoan ? ...
He seems a bit amazed by the sight, but then just laughs again and says that the marine should have just let him have some fun before. He then kicks the Shrine's entrance breaking it.

Nishki looks at Dakamaru : "Get in there and hold Tiberius for a few minutes, those two cant defeat him by themselves..., go dakamaru"

Dakumaru Says "Yes Sir" as he Uses Doppelgangers Soru to rush over to Tiberius Seastone edge Sword drawn.

Wally enters the Shrine and doesnt waste a second. He heard Nishki and was kinda annoyed by it.
Wally: Tsk, marines these days think they are too strong ...
He touches a wall and darkness starts flowing to the whole place.
Wally: Come out come out w/e you are ~!
He sees the other marine dashing to battle but continues what he started.

Tiberius sits alone the throne of the shrine watching as two pirates and a marine captain were about to attack him, not that it mattered, he was the most powerful being on the grandline with this force, his magnificent Zanbei, Tiberius laughs "So you took out my men, how impressive, but i must warn you , i am way more powerful than they were......"

Wally engulfs the place in darkness.
Wally: Tsk, you think you are too cool with your little toy ah ? Hmmm, Dude, and you marine, you better get out, cause this Shrine is about to go boom.

Tiberius pull out his sword and stabs it onto the wall, Wallys darkness it rejected and begins dissapearing, and as dakamaru rushes towards Tiberius, Tiberius uses Jyogan to punch him away, Tiberius laguhs madly as the darkness disappears

Out Of character ive been meaning to ask you this Is Jyogan a physical attack?

((Jyogan is a shigan turned into a punch, yes its physical but Tiberius has the ability to remain in Tekkai form no matter what, dont worry im going to kill him off in this arc, he is a good story pusher for the vc to grow and the pirates to learn some stuff about the World government))

WIndMill COunter! Dakumaru
then Useing Doppleganger style to Soru To Tiberius's Flank
Dakumaru "Gets ready"to Use Hi DoppleGanger style Mimic Jyogan with the momentum from windmill counter for double the power

Tiberius uses soru to get behind Dakamaru, and then uses tekkai shigan to put a hole in his shoulder, during all this he weaves his Giant Zanbei Kairouseki blade

Missing Dakumaru Destroy;s the throne. "Ahhhh my arm!"
Doppelganger style soru!
Moving away from Tiberius Dakumaru Uses Some Balm on his wound and quickly bandages it " Dammit My Right arm is useless for now"

Wally was observing, then suddenly he dashes to Tiberious with a fist made of darkness.
Wally: I had enough watching your battle !!!
He appears to have left an opening on himself, yet he is grinning like he has a plan.

Tiberius held still and didnt move "You fool, your powers do not work in my realm" He thrusts the zanbei to the ground and suddnely a mysterious aura is emitted, the giant sword emits a sort of power that suddenly stops all Devil fruit abilities, the darkness disappears and Tiberius grins and uses shigan on Wally sending him flying back

Dakumaru Finally finish his bandages and takes his heavy ass sword in his left arm and uses Doppleganger style and watches Tiberius's moves

Wally does take the Shigan on the shoulder, but takes a grab on Tiberius as the force pushes him away.
Wally: Khh, who said I wanted to use my powers ?
As the holds on to Tiberius he tightens his fist and smacks Tiberius right on the face.

(lol well I should node that you are not supposed to call a hit, but since he is an NCP char I am not sure.
Also, Wally's strongest point is his superhuman strenght, just noting)
