Untouchables cross the sea (serious / open)

Jackson had no fear of an immediate death due to his ability, but his foe would have little way of knowing that. Grin still on his face, Jackson sat cross legged on the ground, placing his sword across his lap. "Well then", he chuckled, "I don't suppose you could have actually carried any drink while a giant flaming bird."

On the deck, looking up towards the raised section of the helm and stern, Stand stood perfectly still, waiting for anything to occur. There had so far not been any action from Leon or his crew and the doctor assumed that they too were waiting. They were also however, also not fans of the marines so he began to furl the sails to slow the ship and wondered if there was a limit to how many times you could furl and unfurl sails before they simply ceased to function.

Hyu stopped staring, as per request, but refused to get off of his position.

"hahahahaha,no i havent, damn navy and our rules on drinking on the job,hahaha, excellent start, now then, lets see, where did you get your crew members, they all seem on edge especially the one above"

Nishki was aware of his surroundings but he was not tense.

Jackson wasn't sure what this question was meant to discover, but if he said Hyu was a stowaway and they wanted him off the ship, surely a marine wouldn't hesitate to take him. Being a bit creative couldn't hurt. Pointing a thumb behind him, he began to speak. "Antsy behind me; Hyu, as it were, is the most recent addition to the crew. Hot headed, but not a bad person. Tried to catch and eat a live whale when he got drunk once!" He was laughing hard at his own lie, which would certainly add to the illusion.

"The one in the Mask is our doctor. He doesn't talk much, but he's good at what he does. Travels with me in the search of what he claims to be: medical knowledge." He paused, thinking a moment before turning and shouting to Stand. "And where the hell is Ayaka?" The doctor merely shrugged. Returning to face the marine, he murmured under his breath, "I hope we didn't leave her at the last port. Although, that may be funny; depending on how you look at it." Again he laughed.

"i see, i see, well you know, with the navy in disarray because of the incident recently, you never be too careful, you dont seem like bad pirates, you havent hurt anyone yet from what i see....."

Nishki looked at how battered the ship was, he knew that there was someone amongst them with very big power, to save this ship from the storm

((Now where did everyone else go?))

"Taking note of the marine's change in attention, Jackson once again spoke. "Something catch your eye about my ship Nishki?" He was beginning to get nervous, though he tried not to show it. The longer they stayed at rest, the marine ship would have that much more time to reach them. But if Leon was correct about the danger this marine posed, Jackson did not want to distance himself from Leon's ship. A true dilemma.

Hyu shook his head. What a thorough, thorough lie this man gave the Marine. As long as it kept him safe.

Nishki immediately turned his gaze back to jackson

"how did you survive the storm? even my team had difficulty...."

Nishki was curious, depending on their answer he would capture them right here and now.

Gesturing towards the other ship, Jackson told the marine what he wanted to hear. "The captain of that vessel. Says he knows you too." He was taking a gamble with that one. If a pirate knows a marine personally, then one would either be afraid of the other or one would seek to utterly destroy the other, depending on how their previous meeting went. Leon was certain he could defeat this marine, so Jackson doubted the other pirate captain would bail out of this encounter. But that would have to be seen. "Leon is his name."

Nishki frowned, he knew it, only Leon was capable of this, but he was not ready, he could not risk taking Leon head on now, he did not want to take out this crew either, there was something about them he liked. Nishki got up, and dusted his coat

"well then that will be all Mr Jackson, ill let you and your crew off, however this is strike one, you have one free getaway card left, and after that i will capture you and your crew.......... send Leon my regards..."

Nishki flamed up and was getting ready to take off

((Jackson probably wont take any additional actions until something else happens or the coast is clear. I am wondering if TheBlackLuffy is going to post anything though.))

Nishki took off to his ship, he knew that there was going to be more pirates to deal with in the new world, he needed to assemble his team, he needed to go find the members

((Well this had a disappointing ending. A beneficial one, but disappointing.))

((Sorry about that, you see i want your crew to be involved in a few more stories im making, so i didnt want to fight right away, besides im in the middle of establishing my team))
