Untouchables cross the sea (serious / open)

"Hyu," Hyu said bluntly. "It would not be wise for me to be on his crew. Well, wise for him." If they knew what he had only recently done, they'd either celebrate or try to drown him.

Nishki felt at sea, the storm had ended but the ship wasnt going to take much more, and for a marine ship to be damaged, it was bad news. His men scurried all across making repairs to the ship and then he got the report.

"HQ this is vice admiral Nishki here, i would like clearance as to the situation in the area" Nishki announced
"Vice Admiral Nishki, we have been informed that there might be pirates or something else out there, please be aware, capture all you can and return to HQ over."

Nishki groaned, he wanted one peaceful day but it wasnt to be, the men started talking
"what if its a yonkou or something worse???" they were panicking
Nishki allowed his hands to catch fire showing his talons
"then we will capture them, for these are our orders.."
The ship began to move again and nishki was on the lookout

Leon looked back at his ship to see if it was damaged by the storm in any way. He gave of a wide grin to see that it was perfectly fine. Leon then turned his head back over to look at the boy with the Ninja type weapons equipped on him. He wasn't your average fighter, from what Leon could see. And he could feel his fighter's spirit inside him. It all made Leon even more ambitious to see this man in action.

Leon crossed his arms and gave of a faint grin as he gazed apon the young Pirate. He was still very curious about what his skill level was. Ether way, He wanted to hurry up and find his old friend Shad back in the East Blue. So he asked the young pirate impatiently:

"So whats it gonna be kid? You gonna take your chances of being kicked off or killed on this Ship? Or join my crew, one of the strongest crews in the world....You have one hour to make your decision..I'm heading by to my ship to tell my Crew mates the news.."


Leon smiled at the Pirate rookie and chuckled a tad bit to show he was teasing him. Leon then turned back towards the direction of his ship and began to walk to the edge of the Ship he was standing on and jumped onto the very edge of the ship, looking down at the deep blue see that carried this ship, like a leaf in a pond. He jumped off the edge and began to skip quickly across the water and back to his ship. With in a matter of seconds he was back safely on his ship. He landed right in front of his stearing wheel and took a deep breath in. Exhaling, he waved at his crew mates who seemed to be a bit fed up that they didn't get to see any action. But Leon quickly calmed them down by teasing them a bit. Leon looked back over to the Other Pirate ship and waved at them, giving a thumbs up. Hopping they could see he was okay.

"I haven't felt an Aura that strong since..Shad..."

Polimar: "Did you sense Haki? Or any type of Fighters Spirit?"

Leon for a second gave of a face he rarely ever shows. The face of confusion.

"That's the antagonizing part....I do not know.."

"Feel free to kick me off the ship once we get to port: I was planning on it anyway," Hyu said, loud enough for Leon to hear before he jumped to his ship. "However, if you try to kill me, I assure you I will most likely cause you to fail." Tenryuubito were the only ones Hyu wanted to kill. Well, them and their bodyguards.

Thirty minutes had passed and Leon's crew grew a bit restless. The began to ask Leon to just leave the rookie and continue with there Search for Shad. But Leon insisted they wait. Leon wanted to see this kids true potential. He then looked back at the Ship to see no movements had been made. So he decided to spice things up a bit. Leon ordered Polimar to get a group of guys and fire off three cannon balls. Polimar and three other crew mates ran to the lower part of the ship and began to load the cannons. Leon then drew his sword and pointed out, while yelling "FIRE". They fired all three Cannons at once, one just barely scrapping the Other Ship. The other two completely missing.

"That should send them over here.."

the cannon fire and splintering of wood wiped the smile from Jackson's face in an instant. If Stand's expression had changed, it would go unnoticed. "The flying &*$%!" Jackson shouted, running towards the side rail facing the opposing ship. "What are you doing?!" He then turned, face visibly contored in am expression of rage. "Stand! Give some slack to the cannons! Hyu; unfurl the sails!" With a spring in his step born from desperation and the sudden betrayal, Jackson reached the helm and gave it a hard spin, turning the ship so that when the wind caught the sails it would bring them closer to Leon's vessel. Jackson hoped there was a good reason for this sudden change towards hostility.

"For the sake of..." Hyu spat, as he unfurled the sails as per Jackson's instruction. The sails dropped, and caught the wind, propelling them to the other ship.

"Stand! Take the helm!" As per his captain's instructions, the doctor moved to the helm and took over for the furious Jackson. Marching to the bow, he drew his sword and waited for their own vessel to close in on Leon's. With their sails open, it was obvious the Untouchable's ship was not going to cease moving. Turning the helm, Stand made the ship move along side Leon's own, only moving to pass it. Drawing his blade back, Jackson then thrust it forward, a piercing light emanating from the tip and again the familiar crunching of wood as the attack punched a similar hole into the ship as was in their own, similarly above the water line. It would not cause the boat to take on water, but was simply a matter of vengeance.

Walking slowly towards the stern, Jackson kept pace with Leon's vessel as they continued to move past it. "Care to explain yourself sir?" he laughed over to the other ship, hoping their captain would respond before the two ships distanced themselves from each other.

Leon's eyes widen and his jaw dropped all the way down to his belly button

Leon waved his fist at the bastard who cut his bran spanking newly repaired ship, although doing it not out of pure anger. More of a "what the hell" jester. Leon put his hands on his hips and looked down on the smaller ship and waved at the captain as he gave of a grin of enjoyment, showing that he was revealed that they had finally came over.

"Sorry! Didn't mean to actually hit you! Just needed to get your attention! I'll have my Marsh-men fix that bruise right up! But I want to talk to the Kid.."

Weary of Leon due to the recent action, but not unwilling to compromise, Jackson sheathed his sword, pushing it into the scabbard with his palm with a slight click. A smirk appeared on the captain's face as he strode over to the mast and began to once again furl the sails, slowly drawing their vessel to a halt as Stand turned the helm, keeping them close to the other vessel. "You may want to rethink your method of grabbing attention!" Jackson sneered, then gave a dismissing wave to Hyu. "It seems your audience is requested. Hehe."

Nishki saw it in a distance, two ships nearby one another, he laughed to him self, the marine grunts were all running around trying to prepare for a battle, Nishki just laughed, the grunts looked up at him and the marine captain looked shocked
"Vice Admiral, what is so funny there are two pirate ships clearly out there, we recognise one of the ship belonging to the Untouchable Pirates and the other ship belongs to the Kage Flare pirates!!!"
Nishki laughed even louder, "UNntouchables eh?, hahahahahaa even the storm couldnt kill them , hahahaha, and kage flare huh? heard of that island before, but i dont remember now,hmmmmm"

The marne captain was very concerned "Vice Admiral Nishki this is no time for jokes, these pirates are very dangerous, we have heard rumors..."

Nishki got up from the mast and jumped down, he looked at the captain and smiled, "My dear friend, there are somethings you must understand , not all pirates are bad, i have seen some truly evil ones in my young life and some good, fun loving ones too, anyway ifit worries you that much, i will go and investigate myself"

Nishki turned into a full phoenix and started flying over to the pirates ship to the marines surprise. as he flew there he thought to himself "lets see if i can get some decent rum around here"

"What the hell do you want? I'm gonna get the hell off any ship I DO get on the minute they reach port. I'm not going to definitely join someone's crew, so..." Hyu yelled to Leon. He had killed a Tenryuubito back at that auction house, so... He looked up and saw a pheonix flying towards them. He quickly took out his weapons, making sure the seastone ones were readily available.

Hyu's abrupt stop of the conversation, drawing of weapons and upward glance caused Jackson to look in the same direction. Seeing Nishki in the sky, he let out a long, curious chuckle before returning his gaze to the others nearby, a look of confusion on his face coupled with a slight grin. "Why is that albatross on fire?"

Stand was less conversational as to the new developments, but not as willing to overlook other details. "Eyes to the water. Marines." At this distance, he could only make out the ship's sails as a patch of white with a line of blue, but it was enough. "Plan captain?"

The captain looked towards the marine ship then again back up. "If that fire bird is with them... I think we should shoot it. I am NOT losing another ship!" He stood with a grin on his face at the plan. Stand made no move to act on it though, offering only a few short words. "We have no guns. Cannons don't point up." The smile slowly vanished from Jackson's face and was replaced by an agape frown. "Hmm."

"If you don't want to lose another ship...I suggest you start sailing away from here...Nishiki..he's a Vice Admiral..and he's a tough cookie..I can take him down..but not while guarding both yours and my own ship...If you want to stay, stay...but if you don't wanna lose another ship..I suggest you get to sailing..Aye?"

Obviously irritated by the constant altering of the state of the sails, Jackson simply released the rope, causing the canvas to fall back to full sail. Gradually, the ship began to move. "Well then, as per your suggestion, we will be leaving this to you." He took a bow and laughed. "Last chance to consider their offer Hyu; because at the next port, you're off."

Looking back towards the sky, Jackson wondered which ship the odd marine would move on. Hand on his sword, Jackson moved to the stern of the ship, putting him at the helm and closer to the possible foe.

"I wouldn't have it any other way," Hyu replied, attempting to climb up to the highest point of the ship.

nishki flew down and landed straight on jacksons ship, he turned into a full human
"oh, oh, everything is a mess here i see, hahahahahha,"
Nishki turns his hands into a flaming talon and looks around he see the pirate known as jackson
"hello there, nice weather were having hahahhahahha"
Nishki felt one very strange killing instinct around him, he looked up and he saw a different guy
"you should tell that one to calm down, im not goin to bite, yet.."

A smirk crossed the captain's face, though he did not take his hand off his weapon, but rather drew it, holding it to his side. "Wonderful to see someone else in an enlightened mood." He chuckled briefly before continuing. "But as a marine, I'm sure you have your obligations of duty. So you'll excuse me if I believe your use of the word 'yet' only applies to the next few seconds."

Hyu's kunai found their way straight in between his fingers. A Marine. He might've heard about the incident at the auction house.

Nishki sat down, crossing his legs
"hahahahaahaha, cmon now, cant we be civilised and drink before weall start killing each other, besides i have a tes for you people, so come sit , talk with me"

Nishkis eyes became serious and he glanced at Hyu, "and boy, if you dont stop glaring at me with all that bloodlust, i will kill you, so come down here"
