She wears soft, brown leather boots that fold down at the knees, and a brown leather belt. The rest of her clothes vary from time to time, however she usually sticks to the basics.
Accessories: She is always seen wearing large, silver hoop-earrings and a polished, tear-drop shaped sea-stone pendant.
Extra: She has a tattoo of her Jolly Roger and her name on the lower part of her left shoulder-blade. As for scars, she has small, but numerous scars on her hands and legs.

History:
Oceana was born at sea to the pirate, Captain Adrienne Jameson Skye Edwards and his wife Margot. Then at the tender age of five, her father had showed her the new devil’s fruit they had found, the Shou Shou no Mi. Intrigued by the fact if could give her powers, she snuck into the ship’s storage and ate the fruit. The only problem was that she didn't quite know how to control and utilize her powers at this age.
After a few weeks, she was on the road to learning how to control her abilities. After some time she was finally able to do normal things without degenerating everything she touched. At sixteen, she became her father’s right hand.
He taught her all there was to know about the sea and how to present herself as a person. Adrienne was very proud of his children and was very particular about the way he raised them to behave. After serving as her father's first mate, when she turned twenty seven, he turned over the ship to her and left to go help her younger brother, Typhon, who was setting out on his own.
Unfortunately, on his way to meet his son, Adrienne was intercepted by a Shichibukai and killed in battle. Oceana was devastated when she heard the news and vowed that she would avenge her father and wipe out all of the shichibukai.
Personality:
Often referred to as “The Killer Queen” by her crewmates, Oceana is known for coming across as a high-class lady, but really being quite stone cold in battle. She has an air of poise and grace about her that carries through everything she does. Oceana is also seen as being very two-faced and backhanded. For the most part, she is very much that way towards strangers or people she doesn’t like. She will never openly insult, or be rude to anyone unless they have done something to really hurt her personally.
To those closer to her, she has a soft side. Her sense of humor is very teasing and lighthearted. She also has an even softer spot for kids and dogs. Many say that she is a completely different woman when either of those are brought into any situation.
Oceana is always loyal and dedicated to the very end. When it comes to the people that are precious to her, she would do anything to secure their safety and happiness. Although sometimes she becomes a little too invested due to her OCD and gets to be a little pushy and overbearing.
All in all, she is a strong, dedicated, responsible woman, with a strong work ethic. She loves her friends and family dearly. She is a perfectionist and a hard worker. If ever faced with any challenge, she takes it head on, determined to come away, strutting with her head held high.

effect: Gives the user the ability to degenerate organic matter through touch. The power can be projected, but it takes a lot more energy. It can't be projected very far at all, but sometimes if absolutely necessary, the user will project a two inch shield around themselves to protect them. I say absolutely necessary because clothes aren't getting away from the consequences . For the most part however, it needs touch to be in effect.
