Ishi Ishi no mi (Stone Stone fruit)
Type: Paramecia
Appearance: The Ishi Ishi no mi is a dark gray fruit with lighter gray swirls.
Capabilities:
Ishi ishi no yoroi (stone armor): The user can turn his skin into stone. This doesn't mean total immortality, it's the same as wearing full-body armor. The power doesn't hamper the users movements. The stone body also can give some momentum, giving his attacks more power.
Ishi ishi no ageru (stone rise): The user can make small amounts of stone float. He can't divide stone with this power. He can't "launch" the stone (no pebble projectiles). He cannot make himself float. The idea of this power is to ease the use of Ishi ishi no heiki(see below). By passively using this power, all stone items carried by the user weight less.
Ishi ishi no heiki (stone weaponry): The user can shape stone. He can't divide stone with this power. He can't shape himself. This power is mainly used for creating various weapons (and shields) out of stone. The items made of stone are harder than normal stone, because the fruit allows to condense (and therefore fortify) stone.
Ishi ishi no yowameru (stone weaken): The user can weaken stone, making it easier to break. This power is mainly used to provide some materials for Ishi ishi no heiki(see above).

How would anyone fight him in stone form? No one could punch, cut, or shoot him.

I edited it a little, now just the skin turns into stone. Better? Now it isn't so powerful.
Besides, I think you could get the same effect by just using Tekkai...
