history: Smatch gets his old batons broken during a fight and asks a weapon smith about an idea for better batons, they both come up with the idea of sea stone blade batons and Smatch agree with this idea and asks for them to be made for him. Smatch then makes some sheaths on his forearms and uses the straps on his jacket to hold the sheaths in place so he can place these blade batons in the sheaths.
