History: Though born in north blue in a winter area most of Howl's early life is relitavly unknown even to himself, Howls home village was destoryed in a pirate raid which he was discovered by another nearby village as the only survivor of the attack and somehow there wasnt a scratch on him and every pirate that raided the village was dead along with the pirates ship destoryed. When he was found he was in emotional distraught and nothing was found out from questioning him, in reality what had happened was when the priates initailly attacked they took many hostages including howl himself. Which on thier ship there was a Devil Fruit which the pirates were planning on selling, Howl ignorent on what exactially it was and hungry decided to eat it though finding it to be repulsive in taste. Which nearly a day later discovering that he now had the ability to move metal with his hands and using it he killed off all the pirates though with a lack of total controle the other villages became collateral damage. Which his mind sank into a emotial coma and the Howl that everyone knew was born.
In his new village home Howl was very distant emotionally twards anyone, he engaged in coversation and did chores for the villages head though he never really attached to anyone emotionally as they hoped they would, which none of the villagers tried to for they were frightned by the fact that the was the only survivor out of all the pirates and villages in his home town thinking of Howl as a demon. The only one that did think that howl was a demon was the towns blacksmith/shipwright who eventually took Howl in and made him his apprentice which he learned all of his shipbuilding and blacksmithing abilities from him. Around when Howl turned 15 a group of mercinaries came to the town as a stopping point for traveling into the grand line, the group was rather famous as people who would do anything for money and allways got the job done which eventually lead them to have bounties of thier own. Howl knowing that he had no place in the village showed the mercinaries his abilities and joined the group, setting sail with them the day after. Mutch of Howls next year was surrounded in mutch mystery though it is known that at some point after around a year of being with the group he left them and the mercinaries were never seen again. Which durring his time with the mercinaries he was involved in many things that were deamed 'dangerious' to the world government and as such a bounty was placed on his head and labled as nothing more than a pirate which is one thing that he never like being called. After the apparent demise of the mercinary group Howl became more of a bounty hunter, making a deal with a specific marine commander of a base which allowed him to turn in bounties and he would not be chased by the marines as long as he kept the deal and not engage in pirate activities. Over the years due to his abilities and naturally curious personality he sudied deeply into different kinds of weapons and even further into ship making, he even took a job under a famous North Blue shipwright for a few months durring his years after bounty hunting though was still by far a weapons expert and possibly even up to the skill of a blacksmith.
Personality: Howl has a very strange and yet solitary and matter-of-fact attitude, he is normally considered someone is naturally curious about everything that he sees, tending to be a observer to see what is going to happen. He is still very mutch so a carefree and emotionless person, often speaking bluntly about sensitive topics. Though he does tend to get anoyed when people do certain things and when he does its usually in some sort of comical fashon. Wilehe is very perceptive during battle (as well as out), his sense of direction is extremely poor, to the point of getting lost on a straight path. This is often the result of Howl not understanding directions, which he is unaware of his lack of direction, even stating any time he is lost that its just that every one else is lost. He also has the 'bad' habit of chain smoking, despite the protest he is usually allways seen smoking and hates it when people eather make him stop or tell him to.
His naturally calm attitude is used to his advantage in battle, as it becomes easier for him to maintain his composure to stay focused on the situation at hand, and ultimately notice everything around him. As a result, he can quickly adjust to any situation to make keen and thought-out decisions, allowing him to stay steps ahead of his opponents. Dispite anything he actually enjoys fighting, rather he almost lives for the thrill of it, having a monstrous killing intent, though he does have a strong sense of leadership and reasoning. He can also be extremely intimidating, easily frightening weaker opponents with just his glare.

Effect: The Jisei Jisei no Mi is a Paramecia type Devil Fruit that bestows the user the ability to manipulate Magnetic Fields, or in other words Magnitism to manipulate any metal.
Special Abilities: None other than well above average inteligence, endurence, and eye sight (Can see fast movements). His most powerful abilities deal with his Iron Powder, which when combined with his magnetic abilities he is capable of molding it into any weapon to fit the situation, making it very dangerious.
Learned Techniques: - Tetsu Shigure (Lit' Iron Drizzle')
This is a gunshot-like attack uses eather Howl's metal marbles/dust or any other metal object he has handy in order to attack simultaneously across a vast range that are fast enough (Bullet Speed and sounds like a machine gun going off) that its difficult to see making evading it difficult for normal people. Using the repellent force of magnetism, the speed of the items are rapidly increased after they are shot. By using Iron Powder he is able to make the shots into razor sharp projectiles which are far more effective.
- Riperu (Lit' Repeal')
This is where howl repels any metallic material in his vicinity in a chosen direction at high speeds, in effect working like a catapult.
- Tetsu Obutsu (Lit' Iron to Dust')
Howl is able to turn any metal object in a 5m area of himself into iron Powder, this is done by exertin a enormous amount of magnetic pressure on the metal breaking it apart into dust.
- Hiraishin (Lit' Lightning Rod')
With the ability to manipulate magnetic fields this allows him to literally convernt the path of electricity or lightning, making it near useless against him.
