History:
Morgan was born to a very beautiful mother of nobility on a large island in the grandline. Her father was very large marine captain who ruled the island there and protected it. It was safe from pirates for a long time until some lucky ones managed to make it into the grandline and destroy the island taking everything including Morgan. Morgan was about 7 years old when that happened, she watched her parents die with her very eyes.
Morgan was left to starve and die of thirst. No one cared about her she was just the little brat who just did as she was told. But when everyone was asleep she always managed to sneak some food from the captians room. It was a fruit similar to a peach. Morgan walked outside and into her little room hidden away from them. She couldn’t help but question the odd design and color of the fruit she just found, from what she could remember a fruit like this should look like this, but heck she was a starving child she needed it. Morgan took a big bite out of it before swallowing it. The taste kicking in sending her to her knees gaging.
The next day the pirates raided another island in the South Blue. Morgan got upset and started to cry from being scared. She pulled out her pocket watch, the only thing that her father left for her. Morgan opened it and it gave a sweet soft melody that comforted her. She started to sing the lullaby she remembers that her mother used to sing to her. Slowly every single pirate began to lose visibility as a strange fog rolled in. They instantly knew that it was though, the Kiri Kiri no mi devil fruit they found while they were at grandline. They began to feel weak and hungry. They’re movements slowly and they’re attacks became weaker, not only that it was a little colder than it was earlier. The villagers and pirates managed to kill each other off in the fray. What the survivors described as they were attacking from all around, when that really wasn’t the case. The people who were watching from inside their homes say a thick mist and pirates running about screaming as they killed each other.
The fog dissipated as Morgan stopped crying and feel asleep. The villagers managed to kill the captain and each other. Morgan was found by an elderly lady who took her in and raised her from that moment on. This elderly lady had knowledge of devil fruits. She taught Morgan to only use it when necessary. Morgan loved the elderly lady like a mother. The other villagers taught her how to shot off a gun and sword fight. They’re style of fighting was unique; it consisted of both sword and gun. Morgan when she got older left the island to free slaves, and kill anyone who kills other people for their own personal gain.
Before she left her Elderly grandmother gave her a special pistol. It had a Chinese dragon on it and was red. The dragon was a sparkling gold. A sword received from her trainer. She cherished these and left with the pirate ship she was found on. But of course she changed it to what she wanted it to be named. She also changed the flag to the just a plain black one. She herself managed to get into a few fights in cities gaining a bounty above her head, and lost her right eye. She went to a small island and got it replaced with a robotic one. She could now lock onto targets making it easy for her to shot and snipe people. In her year or so traveling around she learned how to become a create navigator and gained a nice compose and several maps, and stole large amounts of treasure for other pirates thanks to her devil fruit.
Personality:
Morgan is a nice young girl, mostly known for her beauty. She doesn’t like it when men constantly harass her so she beats the living crap out of them. When mean complement her body she will simply play it out to seduce them. Once they come closer she will beat the crap out of them not having the tolerance for them. Because of her body she gets in a lot of trouble with marines for her bounty, and she pretty easy to pick out of a crowd because of her orange bandana and an long amber hair. Morgan has no regrets for killing perverts.
Morgan loves to sing from time to time. She often hums and sings lullabys to herself that she remembers from her homeland and her birth place. Morgan has a beautiful singing voice. Some people don’t like it though but most don’t care because of her appearance. Morgan doesn’t care what people say about her at all because she knows who she is.
Morgan is an excellent navigator and doesn’t take it for granted. She often finds a few islands that aren’t on a few maps, or rather rich ones. If there is no harm in taking their treasure she will take it for her own. She has good calls and can steer a ship with absolutely no problem. Thanks to her devil fruit she can conceal the ships presence from other pirates. Morgan also loves to steal treasure from people when they aren’t looking, only pirates though.

effect: Morgan can create a large fog off her body that can go about km in all directions. The fog reduces visibility to about 16 feet around you. Instead of being created by water, her fog is created by suspended ice crystals. In this fog your sense of direction, depth are off. You could see a shadow in front of you in the fog when is really to the left of you. The only way to see through the fog and not gets its effect is to cut your own arm, or make it bleed by self inflection of pain. It can be done anywhere from the elbow down. Morgan does not have to damage herself as he own devil fruit doesnt effect her. The mist has a pint gray to it.
Special Abilities:
Ken gansutairu (sword Gun Style): She can use both swords and guns in unison. She knows several special techniques that a only a few people or just her have gained.
Learned Techniques (Keep it 1-25):
Mordedura de araña: Morgan shots of several shots from her gun at point blank range. She moves her fingers fast enough that it may act like a slow machine gun. While she shots her gun she does constant jabs with her sword.
Fiebre del Dragón: Morgan fires several bullets ahead of her before running behind them with her sword in a nice strong position. She charges into the foe.
Estrella: Morgan places her sword by the barrel of the gun and fires it. The bullet rubs against the sword roughly causing it catch fire. The longer it scraps against the blade the bigger flame.
Lluvia de meteorites: Morgan jumps high into the air before firing off several magnetic shots at the foe in random directions. The bullets all join up at the designated target before Morgan charges downwards making rapid wild slashes slamming into what should be the target.
Neutralizar: If Morgan catches another bullet fast enough her eye may be able to catch the spin of the bullet. Morgan is able to match the speed of the spin with hr bullets but sending it in the opposite direction of the incoming bullet. When the bullets class they counteract each other and fly of course no wheres near the real target.
Ira de Dios: This is a final attack known to only morgan. Morgan channels all her will and concentration into her sword and everything else into the gun. She fires her gun off into the the cloud with a magnetic charge. By doing so this acts for a source of lightning. The bullet starts to fall in such a way that it faces the foe sending a jolt of lightning at it, or the lightning can hit her conductive sword and the sword gain the element as it ability says. She can if her sword is enchanted with lightning, she does her Estrella attack causing the bullet to catch fire, and become like a fire ball because the electricity helps light it up. She then runs around the foe letting her sword drag and create a magnetic field around him or her. She then fires several bullets into the spinning magnetic field causing the bullets to spin around it gaining a high electrical charge. Morgan once she thinks she has enough bullets inside of it will fire yet another bullet that will attract lightning at the foe. This lightning bolt will hit the center of the magnetic field and send all the bullets towards it at high speeds. Morgan than charges and attemps several precise cuts to the back of the legs, back of the heels, and down the middle of the spine as a finishing attack.
