description: Inside each pellets is a liquid form of a disease or a cure. By poking small thin needles into the pellete, the user covers the needle in the liquid and is able to inject it into other people by hitting them with it.

-seasickness
-energy charge
-small cuts
history: Collected by a scientist who was trying to find a way to treat a village that was far from civilization without having to go back and forth to buy medicine.
