Weapon name: Davey
Weapon description: A 20 metre long, slender serpentine sea king, with a slender barracuda's head, a tall, curved dorsal fin, two long curved pelvic fins and broad pectoral fins jutting out of his torso and upper under belly respectively, all four are made of bone and fin membrane. His slender body ends in a long, sharp diamond shaped tail fin. His skin, instead of regular scales, has many little flattened spines jutting out all over his body. Davey's fins are sharp and edged His eyes are a neon green, and his scales are mottled black and blue.
Weapon capabilities: As a sea king, Davey holds a great deal of strength and speed whilst in water. Davey can dive to great depths and up to the surface in a very short time. His shape also allows him to maneuver under the water's surface silently, though a stream of tell tale ripples on the surface might give his position in the water away. He has sharp edged fins that can do damage to vessels made of wood, though damaging stone proves to be difficult. He has a high frequency voice that he can use to detect prey underwater via echolocation. Davey can survive out of water when they pop to the surface, but like all sea kings, they stay there, and cannot move onto land, though he can move through both salt and fresh water. He can grab random objects from the sea (or an area on land close to the sea) with his strong jaws, and throw them. Despite his razor sharp teeth, however, he is able to fit a live captive in his mouth and keep from swallowing them, due to a flap at the back of his throat, that blocks the path down to his gut when he is told to not eat what he carries. He can obey orders, though he can only understand commands or anything said by sentient marine species (fishmen, merfolk).
History: Davey hatched at the bottom of the calm belt; he fended for himself, competed with rivals for food and territory, and fled from deadly predators (such as banawani) at his juvenile stage of development. Then one day, he was attacked by a creature from out of the water; he was not expecting the aerial surprise attack, and had wandered too close to the water's surface. He was scarred and injured heavily, and moved across the oceans from the calm belt to waters unknown, being very aggressive towards any approaching creature. Davey had finally reached the outskirts of fishman island, and chanced upon two fishmen; like for everything he encountered, he attacked them; these two, however, were surprisingly tough opponents, who had brought the sea king down; instead of dealing the final blow, however, the larger and burlier of the two, Crut Hakiji, argued against killing the juvenile sea king. The other fishman, Salvat, listened to the latter's words, gave the sea king a once over with a searching sweep of the eyes, and gave his nod of approval, allowing Crut to nurse the sea king back to health. Since then, Crut and his comrades have been the closest thing to family Davey had. They trained together and since then, has been an important member of the team, though he takes orders from Crut alone.
Personality: Davey is naturally ferocious and predatory, as all sea kings are. His ferocity has been toned down over the years, however, and has been honed into focus and decisive killing instinct. Unlike most sea kings, instead of attacking any creature he sees other than his crew, Davey is also curious, and will investigate any live target he sees first, circling around the object of interest; he will turn hostile if the target reacts like a hostile. When Crut is around, Davey will obediently obey any command given to him. He doesn't particularly care about any of the other members of the Tarai Fishman pirates, but always reacts with hostility to Johnstoni, who responds with equal brutality, so it is never a good thing when both are out of the ship. Davey has a tendency to stay hidden in the water and hunt his prey silently. Sometimes he drops down to the ocean floor and lies curled up in the darkness in a snake like fashion. He dislikes the surface out of the water, and is always watchful of the skies if he isn't hunting or being ordered to carry out tasks by Crut.
