Well I found some spare time to mAke this fruit and I will be using it when im back not if im away now but you know what I mean
Name inryoku inryoku No Mi (Gravity gravity fruit special stuff: This fruit allows the user to change the gravitation of his body and a small area around him (around 5 feet), this allows the user to change the gravity making it lower or heavier , the user can also just change the gravity in one part of his body there is a limitation of 5 times earths gravity the user can also change gravity in any object hes holding in his hands the user cant cast it on any orther human except he/she holds the human with both hands for longer then 10 seconds and the eyes need to be open while using this power

Well, technically anyone using my fruit can still wield weapons, as long as they aren't held in the hand.
The differences are (that I can see): The user does not need to point with both hands, have them empty, or speak; the drawback seems to be that the user can only manipulate gravity reliably in a relatively short area around him/her self.
Let me know if I am mistaken.

the body if him-herself the weapons or stuff he/her is holding and a small area around him/herand the power cant be used while the eyes arent open

I personally see no issue with the fruit. If it goes to a pirate, Clarisse may have a rival.
I would like to leave approval up to Admin-Sama on this one however. He has stricter standards than myself on the subject of devil's fruits.
