Appearance: Has bloodshot eyes (all the time, due to the fact he never sleeps. Ever.) His face is pale and slightly blue for some reason, maybe from the incident from his childhood (scroll down for that). He always wears a cloak and suit, and carries a cane with him. He is about 6'10 and is oddly light for his age and height. (That's his face, minus the top hat, and minus the long blue hair. His hair is black.)

History: Halluto's real name is Harold Loom, but he adopted the name Halluto when he lost his mind (read a bit further). When he was a child, his house burned down, leaving him homeless and an orphan, and burning his face greatly. He lived down by the docks, watching boats leave, and sustaining himself only by fruit that was dropped by vendors. Eventually he took a bit of a Devil Fruit, and due to the fact he was about five years old when this happened, it affected him greatly, it made him lose his mind. The Devil Fruit gave him the ability to use metal, either throwing it, turning his hands into it, whatever. When he was 19, he robbed banks and took food straight from the boats, and eventually was told he had to leave the island or he would be thrown into the ocean. He then quickly stole a pirate boat and then made his own crew, composed of really no one (for now). He lived visiting islands and taking loot and food, and constantly came back to his own island to rub it in their faces.

Personality: Insane. Very insane. He will kill anyone, for any reason. He could've lost a game of chess and he would chop your head off. The only people he wouldn't threaten to kill is his shipmates (if he had any).

Ship: The Gloom Drift

Devil Fruit: Aru Aru No Mi (Metal Fruit)

effect: Turns any body part into metal, and allows you to manipulate metal at will.

Learned Techniques: Swivel Slash: A crazy move he made up one day. He spins on his right foot and holds two swords in each hand (a total of four swords) and spins towards the opponent and slashes down, and if done correctly, will slice you into bits.

Weapons/Items: Cane, just a regular old cane. Swords.

Goals: Wants to be king, but gets their in the most unorthodox way. He'll wait for the pirates to give up and then become king when they fail.

Um...bounties are NOT stolen from other people. Also, this is just generic kill everyone character that is completely insane. You know, the characters EVERYONE makes sometime or other.

Keymaster's advice about your bounty is true, although, you should judge the sanity level that a user has selected for their character, Keymaster.

How did the devil fruit make him crazy? That has never happened with a devil fruit before...

And Marines don't have bountys to begin with.

I can't figure out what he's supposed to look like with the description given.

It's not very descriptive. I don't think he even gives height or eye color.

Yes, that would be nice. And about the devil fruit making him go mad, I personally believe that such an occurrence isn't all to far fetched.
