You know, just my opinion, but this fruit would sound better if the user have properties of a real bullet. Kinda like, fast as a bullet, can shoout bullets from the fingers (like you said), etc. Making the user like a human bullet ya'know?

Considered that, but what propulsion/aspect would make him bulleted?
When he jumps he turns into one?

And he can be bulleted in anyway. Like when he dash to an opponent, land or air, the fruit hardens his body or mass or whatever, into him having the aspects of an actual bullet; strong, or piercing, and quick like a bullet, thus making him a human bullet. But like I said, its my opinion, I just think this fruit is cool.

this almost seems like more of a gun fruit making the user a "gun man" who can shoot bullets, your idea sounds like it makes them a "bullet man" who takes on the characterisics of a bullet

Which as I said it was going to be until I decided to alter it.

Yeah, when I saw 'Bullet Bullet Fruit', I had an idea that the character is like a "bullet man." But now that I think about it, the guy can shoot the bullets from his fingers too. The character can be both gunslinger and human bullet, (man this fruit sounds awesome).

Then go make it under another name.

all it says is "The user can fire bullets from their fingers." THATS ALL IT CAN DO!

I got my idea from the name not the description.
