| Ningyoo ningyoo no mi (Doll Fruit) The user can turn any living being into a doll, shrinking them down to 1:10th scale. The being loses all control, the dolls being able to be commanded by the user. The user themselves can turn into a doll and retain all movement. The doll parts can be seperated and mixed, meaning when they are returned to full size, their limbs will remain changed. The user may return dolls to full-size at will. Submersion in sea-water or exposure to similar will break the hold of the user, however any changes made by them are permanent unless altered back to their original form by the same process. To transform a being, the user must place both their hands upon the being. Paramecia | |

| How many people can be turned into a doll at one time? How does the user initiate this effect? How long will the effect last, if not ceased by the user? Please explain. | |

| I am going to be agreeing with AsyD on this one. As far as I can tell, there is really only one vital question that does not so much pertain to the fruit, but rather using it in the RP.
As you can probably guess, people are usually not too fond of having control of their characters taken away from them. How do you plan to use this with either NPC characters or player characters? One simple example would be if the fruit can only instantly affect those of a weaker strength or willpower. For those with higher values (most if not all player characters), the transformation requires a time period to function.

| Control would be by the fruit user as they get the manipulative aspect
If they are just dolls though, those chars are shelved until crewmates come rescue them I'm guessing.
Will power would be hard to judge as everyone would just say they are the best.

| The first two sentences you replied with were inferred in your previous posts. As for your final comment, I am not suggesting that people become immune to the effects, but rather the two handed touch that transforms someone must continue for a longer period of time; thus requiring the opponent to be pinned or unconscious.
I suggest this because otherwise, this fruit essentially grants the user a one hit kill technique.

| Kuma's is basically that too then. Or Magellan's. Being able to grasp a person with two-hands on bareflesh (something I've just realised I may not have stated, but I was envisioning hands clasped to neck/cheeks) in a fight is incredibly difficult against a fighter of equal or greater skill, if the only open areas are their hands/face and they are attacking you. | |

| Due to the nature of this technique, it may only succeed when the opponent is either unconscious, pinned, or similar to character death, agrees to it. As a further incentive to make others better role players; this may also hit if someone makes a terrible mistake in an RP such as ignoring or overlooking previous events. APPROVED | |

| Then that kinda screws up any point in having it.
Pretty much anyone here would cite it as unfair if they had a character turned into a doll. The point was to give the crew something to rescue.
Parting shot... how can it be unfair since the admins would decide on if it happened...

| Just a question of curiosity. What can the user command the dolls to do? Could they command them to be able to move own their own again, but still be dolls? Personally I'd find that humerus. | |
