Appearance: Nigel has styled back brown, slightly graying, hair with steely gray eyes. Nigel is also taller than most people. He is constantly wearing a brown business suit with a purple tie. He wears a pair of matching brown pants and a pair of black dress shoes. Also, it's important to note that under his suit he hides a pistol.

History: Nigel was born into a rich family in Logue Town. He was completely pampered and spoiled as a child until he turned 16 and decided to go out into the world to make his own fortune. A few years after he left his parents they were killed by pirates and he received their money and all their property. He couldn't care less that his parents were killed but something about their deaths did interest him. He realized that pirates were dangerous and, more importantly, that there was a lot of money to be made in capturing them and collecting bounties. Rather than collect the bounties himself and do actual work he lived off all the money he got from his parents until he got the attention of enough bounty hunters and made connections with certain people and founded an organization that would help bounty hunters, for a price. now he could collect money from bounties without doing any work himself and after all the years since then that money has built up into an enormous fortune.

Personality: Nigel has been noted calling himself a philanthropist and "has helped make the world a safer place by putting dangerous criminals behind bars" but in reality he's a greedy, self centered businessman. He doesn't care about anyone but himself and would do anything to get to the top, if he wasn't already there. He doesn't trust anyone and the only thing he believes in is money.
