I've made characters for groups people make(alot of the characters here). Some Just popped into my mind(Kevin, The Masked Demon Children). Others just to say I did(Becky).

I have a Law of Ueki plus power. Fire in the form of Brick. Limitation: must be wearing shoes(admin-sama helped me with that).

i did not read it all... but i have read enough to want to post something despite the possibility for it bbeing already said... floating city could be there BEFORE the nuclear fallout. therefor, just cause it exists, doesnt mean you can reproduce, or understand for that matter how the technology itself works. you can study it, but it doesnt mean you will know how to excavate the materials needed in order to maintain something of equal or greater quality.
