Seisoku seisoku no mi (living living fruit) *PLEASE USE THIS*

Name in Japanese (translation): Seisoku seisoku no mi (living living fruit)
Capabilities: Allows the user to bring inanimate objects to life, these gain full consciousness and awareness of their own existence along with sentience, unique personality, speech, all five senses, literacy and the ability to move themselves, for example a rock would be given a face and bounce/roll itself along. These objects poses a great admiration for their creator and generally want to work for/with them right off the bat, these creations do not age and are fully matured mentally upon creation but do not otherwise physically change as far as composition is concerned, paper would still just be paper and would rip no less easy despite being alive. Contact with the user's right hand and a verbal command to come to life such as "wake up!" or "come to life now!" is required to use this ability, because they do not age the creations do not die of old age and are not effected by anything the normal object was not effected by. Usually these things are given some sort of chibi face such as (@_@) (^_^) (>_<) (T^T) (>.>) (T'_'T)# (^3^) (0_o) ECT usually a characteristic face of their personality, this dose not happen if the object already has a "face" or something like one. The creations are NOT devel fruit users and are free to eat them, they can also swim if they have any bioancy at all and have not eater their own DF

ADDITIONAL NOTES:
-though the objects remain alive untill destroyed the user ages a year for each object he/she animates
-only one object can be animated per month
-the user must type up personality descriptions for any animated weapons they use in the form
-the user's power works only on OBJECTS not living or once living tissue

I would like you to think about this for a second, just ask yourself, "Would I, an Admin, approve this?"

I wrote it so I dont see the flaws (clearly or I would have done somthing about it)

It seems fair in my opinion. Not like it gives them a power.

So there is no limit to how many things he can give life, or for how long they live? What about size of things he brings to life, how many he can make at one time or in one day. Can he raise the dead? Make plants capable of thought? Doses he create their personality or disposition? Please explain a little more.
