1.) rumble balls were invented by choper, who was born seven years after the RP so they dont exist yet, besides only choper can use them in the anime/manga anuway, this has been explained in the drum island ark
2.) allso explained in that ark is that the zoan fruits forms are allways the same (none of which are called "...point"): your normal human form a cross between the animal and the human and the animal
