Appearance:Has fish skin characteristic of a fishman he wheres extremely dark clothes and is never seen without his his Tachi sword, he always seems to get seen no matter how much he blends in

History: Leaving Fishman Island when he was little, he was brought to a remote village in the west blue, finding it the only safe refuge from the prejudice outside of the underwater isle. Finding an old man living in the village he was taught the art of Hanakan-ryuu, allowing him to cut someone without having to cut someone directly, going greatly with his dislike of killing people. Taking the time to learn medicine and navigation within the next 8 years, he was attacked by the marine for having the gift of learning so quickly, thinking he would be able to learn there moves to beat them, seeking someone to help him stay away from the Marine he joined various pirates crew but where lead to death and destruction

Personality:Being able to calmly think things through in any situation, and being able to memorize dozens of skills, he is able to make up strategies quickly, Keeping himself very silent to people who he meets, he will open up typically to people he can trust

Very interesting character but there's just a few things I have to point out...

1. It's okay to leave your allegiance, ship, and flag blank for now but go to the crews forum and see if you can join a crew

2. So the Tachi is basically a sword right? If it's just a normal katana then it should be fine if you don't submit it as a custom weapon

3. For all your techniques could you describe what they all do? Otherwise we'll be approving a character that we don't really know anything about
