It can change the gender, height, and weight of the person but cannot make them stronger (they can be weaker) and cannot change their eye or hair color, their is a maximum of five forms excluding the original

how is this different from the mr2?

Mr 2's fruit actually was a person he met, he took there strength level (that's why he couldn't do his karate as nami) and he didn't actually become a different person, it was a different look, as supposed to this fruit where you have to have a second personality for it to work.

well actualy his is one of those "loop hole" fruits...... like wapol he might be able to temporarly use another DF power for short periods of times

Actually, the idea is you don't get any other abilities, you just change your body. The idea has to do with a character I am making, to make him more unique then just having multiple personalities.

Knowing this isn't a loophole fruit but a way to further my character's depth approved?

HELLO? I misread your post thinking it was saying the Minzoku Minzoku no mi was a loophole fruit but the clone fruit very well maybe a loophole fruit.

THe point of the fruit is the other personality becomes a person with the same body, and so they change when the other form rises up.

Basically, whenever the personality takes over person changes looks.

Imagine there is a personality named Allexis
When that personality takes over, they look like Allexis.

so it has absulttly no use what so ever

It has no combat use, it is used for more depth for the character. But, the weapon I'm gonna make is going to be influenced by this fruit and the multiple personalities.

your giving a char and a fruit the same DF? thats a no go, (I dont usualy let people have fruits for depth only anyway)

No, the devil fruit effects how he fights, in fact it shapes his own character, not just for depth.

Each different form uses a different weapon (technically different part of weapon but still)

I think this is what allister wants
the fruit gives him 6 personalities
each personality looks different (so his body changes when his personality changes)
each personality has a different fighting style
his two weapons have 3 different barrels each, so each personality 9and body type) uses a different barrel
so he becomes a guy with the ultimate multiple personality disorder because his body changes too, and these influence his fighting style and RPing style.
