Appearance: Before her transformation, Francine was a somewhat regular marine scientist. She measured 5 foot even, had a small pencil like figure, flat bust, pale white skin and short brown hair. She wore he standard lab coat, skirt and white undershirt. She was considered very plain. Her current form however is changes constantly to her whim with the power of her Devil Fruit. Her last known form had her standing 12 feet tall. Now with long black hair draping down to hide her face, lacking a nose, her eyes replaced with extra mouths to speak from with her original mouth stretched from cheekbone to cheekbone; all of them filled with a double line of sharp teeth. Her torso was enlongated to reach her tall height and her arms elongated as well with sharp bone like points at the end as her lower body rested as a mushy pile of flesh on the ground. Currently, she is locked in an airtight capsule to prevent her escape due to her unnatural form. Her favorite appearances to transform into is usually heavily feminine crossed with nightmare fuel.

The reopening of Vegapunks research was mostly a dead end for the most part as it was tried many times and mostly lead to the creation of more SMILES appearing on the market due to leaks from the inside or nothing new being discovered. However, the team this time tried an experimental procedure to try using the human body to reproduce and attempt to self-combust to produce a mimic of the Mera-Mera no Mi. But as the team was finding success to do it, it became slowly aware that finding a test subject was becoming hard as a pirate or slave might gain power that could be used in an attempt to break free and grow strong but using a Marine or a citizen would probably just as likely kill them. With the first fruit grown and the budget for the project being close to cut due to lack of results, Francine in an upset fit of frustration took the fruit and consumed of it. That night would haunt the dreams of Marines and Scientists alike as the alarms blared to life and sent many soldiers to their death as a shambling mass of human flesh and limbs cackled insanely. Marines swallowed to add to the mass, or their limbs sucked in and replaced with a clean stump of flesh as they fed the beast. The attempt at shooting it failed as it's mass simply swallowed the bullets. The call for evac rang out as many soldiers and scientists made for the ladders to escape, but her mind grew more clear but still as mad as a lanky human form chased after the poor fools. But she wasn't hungry as she took instead to 'playing' with the Marines, consuming and spitting them out twisted with either new limbs or fused bodies or even simply completely changed from how they looked before.

The Marine response was problematic but their solution came swiftly via Vice Admiral. Flood it. There was a long wait before those with lost or twisted limbs noticed their bodies reforming back to normal. However, the now non-twisted bodies below had drowned along with the loss of tons of valuable Marine data. The only thing that didn't die was the crushed mass of Francine as it was left immobilized due to a Devil Fruits users weakness to water, her powers nullified now that she was out cold. She was since confined into a container and taken away to be tested on at another lab. Test after test with her slowly had her regain herself, regain her mind... but it was forever twisted by her latent insanity for her new found power over the human body and even her own as she would use it to mimic visitors or scientists or design herself to others in an attempt to break containment and wreck havoc once more. 5 people had fallen for this and tests had since stopped before she was sealed away in a sealed container. A perfect containment method as her sludge like body doesn't seem to need to breath, eat or drink to keep itself alive. It's been a while since she has been out and time has lost meaning to her... How long has she been in here? How many years passed?

Personality: Where there once was a shy scientist willing to only open up with talking about and playing with her dolls even into her 20's, is now an insane fleshy homunculus that wishes to flaunt her new power that she never really got to use that much. She longs for liberation from her prison and is even willing to play along to get her freedom, as long as she gets to do what she wants to do while freed. Forbidding her from doing something must come with a bribe to keep her from doing such. Simply allowing her to twist flesh or terrorize the innocent is what brings her to life, but perhaps you can convince her to try using her powers for good... Even if a bit creepy and disturbing as it might be.
