The Jara Jara no Mi ジャラジャラの実 (Chain-Chain Fruit) is a Paramecia type Devil Fruit that allows the user to grow chains from their body, making them a Chain Human 鎖人間 (Kusari Ningen)
Etymology.
"Jara Jara" is a Japanese onomatopoeia for the jangling of metal, such as chains.
Strenghts and Weaknesses.
The chains granted by the fruit can be used as powerful blunt weapons, should the user be able to wield them effectively. The chains can also be used as a sort of armor for self-defense. The user is also capable of tying things up with the chains, and tightening the chains telekinetically (the chains he does this with glow red). The ends of the chains can be made sharp, allowing the user to stab opponents and latch onto faraway surfaces. The user can make the chains various sizes from being the size of a average chains to being large enough to act like a bridge.
Although the chains are strong, they can be broken with sufficient force. Otherwise, the user is affected by the standard Devil Fruit weaknesses.

0% The users body will be slow and sluggish like they are bound by countless thick and Heavy iron chains.
10% the user can create thin, frail chains that reaches 10 centimeter from their body to dampen miniscule damage, these chain however are extremly weak and can be broken by a 20% strenght or higher.
20% the user can create a chain that reaches half a meter from their and can be launched toward an opponent to inflict simple blunt damage, otherwise the chain is unchanged and still considered weak.
30% the user can make a thicker chain with more mass and sturdyness, the chain now reaches a full meter and can be used as a makeshift armour.
40% the user can now change the shape of the head of the chain, either into a steel ball about the size or an orange or into a Sharp spearpoint.
50% the user can control their chains telekinetically (while otherwise they have to direct it using their hands) and they can now create up to two chains at once.
60% the user can manipulate the chains up to 5 meters and the chain is very thick and can create 5 chains at once.
70% the user can create 10 chains at once and manipulate them with even more precision.
80% the user can manipulate the chains size, from a small normal chain to an enormous size being able to act as a bridge.
90% the user can create 50 chain with a 10 meter range at once being able to manipulate each indipentently or in unison being able to form them into complex shapes.
100% the user can control 100 chains at once and can manipulate them at 25 meters range, can freely manipulate their size and speed as well as precision.
