[Marine Example sketch]History: [Marine Report]
The Heavy Automatic Harlequin Androids or Haha's as they are nicknamed, are a group of mysterious
performers weapons that have recently shown up in varying island ports across the Grandline. They seem to wander out of view at times or perform in the streets for the amusement of others. 3 variants have been seen so far by eyewitnesses, only the numbering of unit #31 was discovered during a scuffle with Marine forces that left many wounded but a clue on what these androids are and their purpose. There was no markings or creations other then the name and unit number. Meaning there are at least 31 or more of these robots out there.
Further reports show that they consume varying metals into their mouths, seemingly able to chew underneath that mask. Some suggest this is a source of fuel or reloading. But there have been sights of them eating normal food and drink which have lead to people believing they are cyborgs... while others have pointed out an occurrence one has been seen drinking oil, thus food is merely an act to assume human. The purpose of these being is unknown. They know a great many songs and uses of instruments, varying slight of hand magic tricks, and other things needed to entertain people such as dancing or acting. A rare occurrence not seen in #31, but with an unmarked blue/gold unit, is the unit stalking and attempting to bond with a human. Reasons why are unknown, though results in refusal tend to be violent.
Current unit has found itself among a group of low-ranked pirates who have nicknamed it as such.
Personality: HAHA units tend to vary in mood like humans despite being almost robotic in response and nature, though most tend to be performers with their own gimmicks if they can. A shared trait among them is they can only respond with varying forms of laughter and hand gestures. Actual voice communication is impossible along with written examples, though they are capable of writing and understanding words for their performances. #31 tends to play on the silly side of things, performing acrobats and playing music to entertain kids and act almost human in its efforts to disguise itself as being normal. In combat, she tends to be ruthless in removing obstacles and shooting to kill in former combat accounts. For what purpose their protocols and abilities are made for a unknown besides Assassination. Known diet consists so far range from mostly sweet sugary substances to that of scrap metal that it can fit in it's mouth in all recorded instances of non-violent performances.

Special Abilities:Laugh Track/Being Recorded: HAHA units cannot speak or say anything, only being able to pronounce things through movement and various different forms of laughter unique to each unit. Beyond that is the reporting of their ability to sing with the same voice but still unable to pronounce words with said song. They are also able to record and playback select sounds they wish to pick up on with a static tone to it, but don't seem to use it as a form of communication.
Cyborg Body: The only thing keeping it from being a robot is the Flesh seems to be the main body of the unit seems to be Flesh and blood despite the various gadgets built into the bot. Navy Scientists continue to hold the bounty out to learn more, but no unit has been brought in. Known cybernetic parts are the internal system of the body must have some explanation for hosting a automatic weapon inside its mouth and the ability to pull things from its body via the chest. The full degree rotation of it's arms and legs like that of a doll and the hidden weapons kept inside the hands and legs along with the way it uses them to defend itself has suspected those limbs are false and can be safely removed without causing serious harm in live capture. The head as well however, can swivel the full 360 degrees to look behind itself if needed in situations. The rotating of the limbs however has a set speed, the same speed of the average human swinging motion.
Jester: The skills showcased by HAHA units in terms of entertainment is mentioned in the singing above and the showcase to mock others with their own voice as the unit is incapable of speaking its own jokes or any form of words at all. Thus it relies itself on pratfalls, pranks, and performances. Acrobatics, juggling, consumption of odd objects (such as gas, metal or fire), slight of hand magic tricks, card games and the like all seem within every units capabilities including the unusual knowledge of instrument playing if given one.
Blade Master: This unit are capable swordsmen, utilizing four blade hidden within their bodies if the use of their flexible limbs to strike at the opponent for fast strikes. Units are not that strong or show that great of skill with the blade compared to many swordsmen around the world.
Storage: 'Jesty' is capable of holding items within a hatch located above the rear hidden behind a zipper of her uniform and flesh colored metal hatch. Can hold things that fit within a 1'x1'x0.5' storage space without issue, anything past it causes the stomach to stretch and bulge out to attempt to hold more and limits the units movement and acrobatics. 'Jesty' would prefer no one ever touch that.
Learned Techniques:(Laughter Cannon): 'Jesty' does not speak out her attacks, usually others will come up with names for it. This attack is her simply using the gun located within her mouth to fire at her enemies while she emits a constant childish laughter while firing.
(Cart-nival): A charging Cartwheel attack with all four blades exposed.
(Kingslayer): Swiping forward with both blades in an X formation.
(Ac-kill-batics): Backflipping kick that slams both leg blades down onto the opponent.
Weapons/Items:Their Body: Seen here and listed detailed belowBlades: Hidden in the arms and legs, hands and legs flip open to expose a blade each. Blades are capable of rotating around within the hand/foot socket, are a footlong and can be removed if damaged and replaced with similar fitting blades.
Mouth Cannon: A small minigun barrel able to deploy from the mouth and fire 5 rounds a second. Ammunition limit allows it to fire for 30 seconds before running hot and having to stop for a full minute before being able to fire again upto 6 times before running dry on ammo. However the unit can seemingly toss small scraps of metal that can fit into the mouth socket to convert into more ammunition.
Bag of Tricks/Tools: A collection of cards, juggling balls, a flute and small mechanical tools (Wrench, screwdriver, pliers) to repair itself are located in a bag kept within the back storage of the HAHA unit.
Recorder: Has some sort of tool built inside it that can somehow record and play back sound along with it. Suggested to be a built in Tone Dial or something mechanically similar.
