If surrounded by water on a shift or small island (50m away) or underwater, the whip functions like a drill with 10% bonus effect. It lasts for 5 posts unless he is in a body of water, in which case it is 10.
Effect: Impact damage, bleeding effect 1pts damage per strike per post until healed or sealed, piercing effect 5pts (only if surrounded by water)
