well...this fruit is a Logia type, she can create it from her body rather than needing actual rock or stone.

I see. Anyway, I'll leave this to Cob as he was the one to mod the topic in the first place, I just posted to point out about Ishi Ishi no Mi.

Max is right there is very little difference between the two. However this fruit allows for creation while the other allows the user to fuse into the rock. Just fix your description where it says ishi ishi, so it doesn't get confused with the fruit Max mentioned.

I find it good. I suppose the user is not capable of turning into a golem like Pica, because that would make the fruit just an overpowered Ishi Ishi no Mi while it is supposed to be different. Unless Cob has any objections, this fruit is good. In other words...

you are correct! she cannot turn into a golem, the minimum of the most she could do is create a small shield over the front of her fist.
