As the snow fell and covered the ground in an icy white blanket Bumper awaited his once again humiliation that was on the way. He hated how this had happened to him and he was laughed at day & night. Footsteps crunching through the snow caught his attention as out from one of the carriages walked to beast tamer.
With a whip tightly coiled hanging from his waist & a glint in his eyes Bumper could see that it was time for training. Sighing he sat up and looked at the beast tamer as he removed the breaks and started rolling the cage towards the big top tent.
"You know one of these days I'm gonna rip out your throat right?" Bumper said as he wrapped his paws around the cage's bars.
Ignoring his threat the beast tamer continued to push the cage along without a care in the world.
"Maybe one of these days I'll skin ya. But heyho, that's life." he replied as a sheet of warmth came over the cage and Bumper felt the sudden change.
Coming to a halt Bumper looked towards the other creatures, they looked just as sad & run down as he felt inside. It was disheartening & depressing, but more so was the sheer fact that there was nothing he could do about it. At least, not that he could think of.
"I fucking hate you." Bumper muttered looking towards the beast tamer who unlocked the cage doors to the cage holding the lion in place.
Sending shock waves throughout the floor and terrifying people left, right & center, Tequila continued on wards into the town. He could feel pain in his right shoulder from where a crimson colour was leaking down his back. Running rapidly like a river & staining his fur the yeti held on to the wound in the hopes that he could find a doctor and one who would happily work on the large wound.
Stepping over a series of taverns and down the street he drew quite a crowd. People stared in shock at the monster who made his way down the street. He wasn't as tall as other yetis, but he was tall enough and it sent shivers down the spine of the town's folk.
Spotting a building up ahead with a large red cross sitting atop the entrance Tequila smirked. Setting this as his target he quickly took much larger strides. He thought back to the conflict that gave him such a wound. It was ridiculous how it happened really.
He still couldn't fully believe how it had happened nor why, but he was sure they had their reasons, probably not very good ones though. Tequila was just happy he got the last say in it. Well more like last stab. His knife had been the size of his opponent and that was just the blade.
It had sliced him in two clean and left two halves of the same man lying in his wake. He shouldn't have messed with Tequila. But then again, not many people should. First off he was bigger and bigger meant better secondly Tequila was armed to the teeth with a knife, sawn off shotgun & a rifle while the foolish little man was armed with just his devil fruit powers.
Impressive as they may have been they didn't guarantee him the victor. Tequila had taken down that Bomu Bomu no Mi User with general ease.
As he reached the hospital he slowly lowered himself down so he could look inside the hospital. Peeking inside a window he caught sight of a man lying in a bed with a curtain covering them all except for the window. Sitting on top of him was a woman who seemed to be enjoying herself quite a bit.
Looking for a few moments before realizing what he was looking at Tequila let out a loud belly laugh. He couldn't blame them for not covering them up when they were at the window not many people would be able to look in through the fourth story window. But now that Tequila had the lady paused hopped off of her husband & quickly wrapped that curtain right around themselves.
Raising his eyes higher up he peered in through the fifth story and as his large eyes came into contact with a doctor's he leant back and gestured for them to come outside. The doctor gulped in fear as he slowly made his exit from the room.
Unsure if he was coming or not Tequila sat waiting hoping he was on his way.
