Henka Henka no mi

Name: Henka Henka no mi (Henka meaning tranform, and tinkering is transforming the materials around you, hence the tinker tinker fruit)

Capabilities: The user of the henka henka no mi can create a room where everything within it can be broken down into any amount of shapes or pieces and reassembled to form something different that functions differently despite having the same parts. Basically, tinker toys, legos, bionicles, puzzles, etc. It does work on characters too, but it requires contact of some form to take affect and  requires a lot of willpower to take affect on personal characters (must require pm consent to make any major changes basically). Changes can be reversed by the use at will. Conscious beings, when not in the proximity of the character (end of thread), can reverse their own changes, incluing themselves, allies, gear, and etc. Like with all other room-type effects, you don't die from being tinkered on.
