Name: Utsu "Dynamo" Hohei (I wrote it Japanese style, Utsu is his surname and vice versa with hohei)

Occupation: Fighter/ Marksman.

Allegiance: Pirate.

Home Ocean: North blue.

Appearance: He has raven black hair that is spiky, but it is usually flattened by his hat because he always wears it. His Azure eyes are the right size to not be too large or too small to be unattractive. His nose is also a perfect size and is long, but not in an unattractive way. As you have probably guessed by now he overall has a very attractive face. He is 6 feet tall and has an athletic physique.

He wears a white cowboy style hat that he always wears. On his torso he dons an unbuttoned blue denim jacket that shows his muscular stomach. He also wears denim jeans that go down to his ankles and blue sneakers with a floral design in an art style that makes it look like a tattoo.

History: Hohei was born to a very uncaring family, they only did the bare minimum to keep him alive and did not care for him. So when they realised they could not afford to take care of him it was not very tough for them to place him in a boat and drift him out to sea to die without bothering them. Luckily though he was discovered by a navy ship who took him to find an orphanage, but by the time they found land the crew had gotten attached to him and decided to keep him.

As he grew up on the navy ship the crewmen raised him much better than his parents did. They also trained him with some moves at his insistence, it started out innocently, just watching a cute little kid trying to swing a sword too big for him but soon he grew into a capable marksman. One time when Hohei was 10 the crew were taking on a dangerous pirate crew, Hohei was told to wait under the deck. However, he was hungry for action and helped fight the crew, even taking on the captain himself. However the captain beat him and took him hostage, using him to escape.

When under the custody of the pirates, he immediately noticed how free they were in comparison to the marines, the marines all had to do their chores diligently whereas the pirates ate and drank and partied all they liked. Although he was being forced here against his will, he was starting to warm up to the lifestyle, even if he was just being tied to a post and being kept until the crew paid money to take him back. Sadly things did not work out that way and instead the pirate clew were captured and Hohei was returned back to his crew.

He very quickly showed very different attitudes to the life of his marine family, but he continued life as it was usually was, just with a different perspective. As he grew older he was trained more seriously, with the captain intending to make him become a marine when he becomes an adult, even going as far as to teach him some Rokushiki. When he became 18 he was given the choice to stay on as a recruit or leave. He chose to leave. After a tearful farewell he was given a rowboat and some supplies and set off on his own. Although he told them he wanted to seek out his own destiny, he did not tell them that he would become a pirate.

Personality: Hohei can act very smug and sarcastic, both to strangers and the people he is closest to alike. He likes to mock people, especially people who are not as good at him at something they are competing in, like if he's beating someone in a fight or outrunning them in a footrace. Although it is dreadfully generic, Hohei really cares about those he considers close to him, such as friends, he is willing to do anything for them, from performing their duties if they are unable to do them to killing someone who has wronged them. Finally, he is really flirty, he won't exactly get hearts in his eyes if he sees a pretty girl but he would admire them and if they seem to like him then he will not hesitate to act on it, shyness does not exist in his world.

Special Abilities: Juranto (Gun melee) A unique combat style he himself created that involves using his pistols as melee weapons

Learned Techniques: Non-Juranto techniques: *Soru- You all know what that is. The first of the two Rokushiki techniques he knows, he has a high understanding of it and although he is not a master he can definitely be considered an expert.

*Shigan- His second Rokushiki technique, he is skilled enough with it that he can combine it with his Juranto techniques.

*Wanshottokiru (One shot kill)- He fires once at the enemy with extreme accuracy.

*Ju shotto satsujin (Ten shot muder)- He fires 10 times at the enemy with extreme accuracy, reloading when he has to.

*Hyaku shotto Jikko (One hundred shot execution)- He fires 100 times at his enemy with extreme accuracy, constantly reloading.

Juranto techniques (He has others, but they are unnamed and not important):

*Pisutoru tanken (Pistol dagger)- He jabs his foe as if stabbing them with a dagger, this is very painful on it's own and is made more effective by firing after hitting. He is easily able to mix it up with other techniques.
-Shigan pisutoru tanken (Shigan pistol Dagger)- A combination of Pisutoru tanken and Shigan. Self explanitory.
-Kuki Judan pisutoru tanken (Air bullet pistol dagger)- A combination of Pisutoru tanken and Kuku Judan, more on that later.

*Pisutoru choppu (Pistol chop)- He hits his opponent in a chop like attack.

*Pisutoru senpu (Pistol whirlwind)- He sticks out both of his arms out and spins in a circle, hitting people with his guns.

*Kuki Judan (Air bullet)- He jabs his pistol with such force that it fires sharp compressed air bullets from the end. If it sounds familiar that is because it is based on Shigan, specifically Tobu Shigan Bachi. This can be done rapidly and can be combined with other techniques.

*Kuki taiho (Air canon)- This is similar to Kuki Judan but he spreads his pistols apart, he spreads his feet across from each other in a dance like position and then takes a large step forward and thrusts his pistols forward really hard. This is much larger and has much more force than an air bullet but loses the piercing effect. This is his ultimate technique.

Character Flaws: Although he is fast and strong, he is not very durable. Once angered, he is very hard to calm down and is very reckless.

Goals: To be known throughout the world, whether it's because he's famous or infamous.

I have finished this app and now await a review.

Occupation: It doesn't matter if he is with a crew or not. If someone is a cook they are still a cook crew or no crew and same goes with any other job.

Appearance: Normally we let this slide but seeing as how this is directly from someone's deviant art profile I have to ask if you got permission from the user.

Another thing is please add onto his history how he learned soru and shigan.

Edited. Also to save you some time look at the third line of the last paragraph for the reference to learning Soru and Shigan. Also, yes, all his other moves are basic moves that don't need to be named.
