Technique list name: Suna-Suna no mi techniques
Overview: The sand fruit techniques come from Dante after acquiring the sand devil fruit. These techniques are anything that requires his devil fruit powers present for them to work. However, he can't do a kung-fu punch with sand around it without knowing kung-fu.
User: Gato Dante
History: Eventually he walked around the island and found a fruit on a tree. It looked odd. Dante ate it, thinking it looked tasty, and found that it was the most disgusting fruit he had ever encountered in his life. He finished it quickly and went back to the village; he learned not to spoil food that was edible. When he came back he quickly saw that no matter how many showers he took he continued to smell the same as when he didn't shower. He continued to feel dirty thanks to his experience in the prison, however, so that didn't stop his need to shower or bathe several times a day. Soon he realized of his new powers, however, and he quickly adapted to his new found strength.
 
Techniques:
 
-Level zero-
 
Name: Mascota Del Diablo (Gear)
Type: Devil Fruit
Description: The user summons a black dragon from his hand made of black sand.
Effect: The black sand can break down metal-hard objects, and absorb any liquid as quickly as the user can touch wood (instantly upon touch). It takes two posts to break down diamond hard objects, and this technique can never break down sea stone. If this technique were to connect with another person then their endurance decreases by 100%. This technique does not work on energy-like attacks, so lava will melt through it (obviously), fire can stop it if it has the right amount and heat, and lightning can clash with it. The dragon is controlled for two posts, willingly, and goes as fast as the user's maximum speed or DF control. The dragon is fifty feet tall and serpent-like, 10 foot width. The user loses 40% endurance per usage at 60% DF mastery, 20% endurance at 80% DF mastery, and 10% endurance at 100% DF mastery. The user can't use any other technique that involves his DF while this one is at play (in other words, he can't control or create other types of sand while doing this technique).

Name: Sand Sharks
Type: Devil Fruit
Description: The user sends ten great white sized sharks made out of sand towards the opponent, this can appear either around the user, from the user, or anywhere where sand is located. They move at the users speed and do damage by shredding the opponent with their sharp bodies.
Effect: The sharks do 100% damage, each shark, and are controlled until they make an impact on an opponent or until they disperse.

Stat Requirements: 100% Devil Fruit Mastery, 50% perception
 
Name: Sand bullet
Type: Devil Fruit
Description: The user sends bullets towards the opponent. Ten of them. They move at the speed of the users DF control or the users top speed, whichever is faster. They can also be controlled after shot to move in the direction the user wants.
Effect: Each bullet does 100 damage.
Level learned: 0
Stat Requirements: 100% Devil Fruit Mastery, 50% Perception.
 
Name: Sand Dome
Type: Devil Fruit
Description: The user creates a sand dome around him made with thick sand as hard as steel. The dome can cover as much as 10 meters and as small as 1.5 meters around the user. The thickness of the dome can be 5 feet, if he is surrounded by sand it is 10 feet. The dome can move underground, and can be changed to a half dome or 1/4 dome if the user wants and/or needs it.
Effect: Reduces damage by the user's DF control done to the dome; it maintains itself there until a single attack can break through it; a person with 80% SKILL can cut through it, strength must in no way be included in that to cut it using an 80% stat.

Name: Sand Tsunami
Type: Devil Fruit
Description: The user creates two 'Tsunami' of sand reaching 100 feet high and 200 feet if in a desert. The tsunami can continue for 40 meters, or 80 meters if the user is surrounded by sand. The tsunami can be anywhere from 10 feet wide to 200 feet wide (and 400 if on a desert).
Effect: It can crush people through many tons (18) of sand if they are hit (the sand is 36 tons if he's in an area surrounded by sand). The user can willingly change the sand's direction to make sure it doesn't hit allies. But if he hits someone with this there is little he can do to get them out of the sand without a technique for it. This sand is steel hard and does 100 damage if it hits the opponent, the ones burried need 100% strength to escape.
Stat Requirements: 100% Devil Fruit Mastery, 30% Tactical Intelligence
 
 
-Level Twelve-
 
Name: Sand Grapple
Type: Devil Fruit
Description: The user tries to entangle the foe(s) with existing sand or by creating sand from his body and sending it towards the opponent to entangle him and have the said opponent rise up in the air. The sand that's being controlled moves as fast as the users DF control. If the user is underground with this technique it 'saves' the opponent and puts said person levitating in the air.
Effect: An opponent hit with this can't break free if their strength isn't over over the users DF control. The sand that hardens around the opponent is steel hard, so it can be cut by a user with 80% or higher skill level from the outside (since it's hard to cut from the inside when you can't move). The technique moves as fast as the user's devil fruit rating and can appear from any existing sand in the area (doesn't have to be natural). The user can create up to ten of the Grapples at this level.

Name: Sand Graveyard
Type: Devil Fruit
Description: The user adds pounds to opponents buried in sand (usually by sand tsunami). The user forces the weight of the technique down on the opponent, multiplied by two. So sands that hit the opponent with 18 tons of sand are 36 tons (this is in reference with the tsunami). If the person gets buried under normal sand the user multiplies the weight of the sand on the opponent by two.
Effect: The opponent hit with this will likely be smothered in sand, or die from the pressure caused by the technique. This technique doesn't differentiate from friend or foe so everyone underneath the sand will feel the pressure. If a person isn't under that much sand the effects still double the weight of the sand ON TOP of the opponent. The opponent loses 100 damage upon sand graveyard, and the strength needed to break free becomes 120%. Speed, Skill, and Agility cannot be used to break free after this state, because movement becomes impossible without strength.

Name: Sand Floor
Type: Devil Fruit
Description: The user puts his palm on the floor and turns dirt, wood, or stone (not sea stone) into sand instantly.  
Effect: Turns the area of 100 meters around the user into sand, but only the ground. This travels at the users DF control.

Stat Requirements: 100% Devil Fruit Mastery
 
Level 13
Name: Sand Spikes
Type: Devil Fruit
Description: The use creates multiple spikes around him, purposely missing the people he doesn't want dead. The spikes appear all around him and continue onwards for about 100 meters.
Effect: The spikes appear from any source of sand, or dirt and do 100 damage each. 
Level learned: 13
Stat Requirements: 100% Devil Fruit Mastery, 30% Tactical Intelligence
 
Name: Sand Ceiling
Type: Devil Fruit
Description: The user creates a large ceiling over his head made of sand that levitates with him. The ceiling is as hard as steel and can block heavy rain, a rain of arrows, extc.
Effect: Works as a very good umbrella, blocking the rain, arrows, and other things that can't penetrate through the hardness of steel. If the sand does get burned Dante replaces it almost instantly with more sand as long as it isn't a steady stream of said object burning through the sand (it must be at least lava hot and a solid form to do this, or an extremely concentrated form of light capable of burning through steel extremely easily). This ceiling can be used in front of Dante, behind, and every which possible dimension to block an attack. It blocks 100 damage from a target, they must completely break through with a single attack to get through it.
Stat Requirements: 100% Devil Fruit Mastery, 30% tactical Intelligence.

Trying my best to be an omnipresent staff member, I take initiative to keep track of how techniques are being used by their creators, as well as weapons, devil fruits, and etc, including your use of the Sand Tsunami attack. Much like the difference between a pistol and gatlin attack, logias cannot create an infinite number of the same attack, at most two or three, unless it is a specific technique. Furthermore, there is some discrepancy in the fact that a sand tsunami requires a bed of sand to sustain itself unless there is a version which self-sustains, so unless you are sustainaing it by creating more sand (in which case you could only have one unless a technique said otherwise), your tsunamis have been sustained too long. I have also seen a large discrepancy in the distance traveled of sand tsunamis in how you use them to how they are listed in your technique list. Another final discrepancy: if you are on a desert island and then go out to sea, you don't get the "being-in-my-element" boosts while at sea unless you are very close to shore. Further use of the technique shall be monitored and if used carelessly, it may be denied or restricted.

Oh, whoops, I thought the tsunami was 100 feet by default, forgot it was 100 feet when in a desert. Other then that, this technique doesn't need sand to activate, much like other logias he just creates it. Other then that, as the term goes, 'My Bad'.
