Roshi D Sky's Ittoryu

Technique list name: Ittoryu
Overview:
It's an fighting style that consists on using a single blade to cut, pierce or slash. Due to being one sword, the movement are quick and precise, much deadlier if using more than one blade.
User: Roshi D Sky
History:
During his time in the gray terminal, one of the many pirates whom he was living with, was a samurai. He had taught him the ways of the samurai and learned how to use a sword.
Techniques:


Name: Meimei Kai (The Invisible Cut)
Type: Sword
Description:
Placing the sheathed sword upright and listening to the "breath" of his opponent, the attacker rapidly unsheathes, attacks, and re-sheathes their sword.
Effect: The target would receive a quick and precise slash on the specific area. The speed and precision of the attacks depends of the user's Speed, Strength and Skill.
Level learned: Level 1
Stat Requirements: 3% Strength, 4% Speed, 2% Skill and 2% Perception.


Name: Subayai Kaze (The Fast Wind)
Type: Sword
Description:
Using one sword wielded in his left hand with his right hand gripping his left wrist for support (or vice-versa), Sky jumps high up into the air and slashes his opponent.
Effect: The opponent receives a quick slash across his chest. Noted, this move is used as a surprise attack and Sky needs to enough Speed and Endurance to perfectly perform it.
Level learned: Level 1
Stat Requirements: 4% Strength, 4% Speed, 3% Skill.

just a note... if they're level 1, you won't be able to use them for 15 posts... you understand that right? Also, just based on the idea of swordsmanship, you should replace endurance with skill. You need skill to make precision cuts. Endurance has nothing to do with that. Endurance would be how many times it can be used.
