Mera Mera no Mi

Name: Mera Mera no Mi (Flame Flame fruit)

Type: Logia

Effect: The Mera Mera turns the user into a flame man, thus allowing them to create and control fire. The user of the fruit is immune to not only fire, but most heat based attacks as well, other then magma. The fruit is stalemated by ice and smoke and doesn't have a specific advantage over any other logia besides ones that deal with plants. The user is able to control the heat and color of his flames and the flames themselves can be created off of the user. Users are said to produce heat which at higher levels can even stop the snowing on island (drum island as an example)

Growth curve:
0% (User gives off heat, is warm to the touch.)

10% (User is able to coat small areas of their body with fire (fingers, palm ect) but unable to truly control it in any meaningful way, the fire acts at random and could be just a normal fire or a blue fire.)

20% (The user can coat his arms in fire, can now slightly control the heat of it. The fire can cause some damage to the skin but nothing that'll be lasting.)

30% (A limb can transform into fire to become intangible. The user also gains more control over the heat of their fire causing longer lasting damage to a wider area of the opponents body or the area in which they are fighting.)

40% (Able to cover from the hands to the chest in fire. Can now control it in such a way they can cause slightly dangerous attacks. The user is able to launch fire off of his or her own body in various shapes and forms. Exploding fire balls, swirling flames and the like)

50% (User can now produce fire away from their own body which is much more difficult to control. The user gains speed gear which heats up the body to a higher degree then the user is used to and forces the body to follow suit thus increasing the speed of the user though causing damage to organs if done to often in a short amount of time [3 times a thread cap])

60% (User can now control their fire to the point of producing large fireballs and changing their shape in midair. )

70% (Full body transformation (3 posts at a time. 2 post cool down) Now, gear can be used 5 times a thread. Haki can be applied to attacks.)

80% (Bomb Gear: during use, all fire attacks explode with grenade force, full transformation has weaker but existent explosive properties, and explosive fire attacks are now doubled in size and in explosive power (Every post=1 post of no devil fruit ability. Maximum 4 posts in a row. Cannot be used again until the end of the cool down). Haki can be used for partial transformations. Super heated blue fire can now be used in attacks.)

90% (Gears no longer have side effects. Full transformation can be used indefinitely, and you can now transform on reflex to dodge/reduce roughly 1/3 of attacks. Haki can be used full transformation. Can rapidly blast explosive fire balls now.)

100% (The user can now use Haki with his gears and the bomb and speed gear can be used together. 3 new gears can be learned as well.)

Ability Points Cost: 35 ap

After a small discussion with the other mods, we've determined this fruit to be more in the range of 35ap. However at this price you don't get flame emperor. If you want to edit that in, it will be re-reviewed and repriced.
