Woah, give me at least a detail as to how strong Zyphran makes someone. The last thing I want is for a tiny human to turn into a super soldier with the ability to crack steel with his pinky *shudders* Explain Zyphran.

As for the first of the equipment, explain the amount of posts it takes to heal a person and go into more detail the effects on the body that come with all those changes. Example, increasing cell size.. ok, the cells are big, now what? Then we have the helping burn victims part; great, how severe must the burn be before the drug will not work fast enough or efficient enough? And how many posts before it heals each type of wound? It takes 1 post for superficial wounds or what? Explain these things.

IGF1-4 is the real thing the first one is basted on. And 95% of that post is just real medical jargon.  The affect on role play is as follows

Burns that are healed leave no mark on skin, the skin looks like it was never born
It would make people age slower appearance wise, really no affect to PCs unless they age super fast for some reason
If some kind of sickness is affecting the body this will help their immune system fight it faster even sicknesses that are deem un curable.  They will at the very least last longer

This doesn't take place in post counts its not some magic drug that will make wounds vanish before some ones eyes.  It can be best describe as Ivankovs healing hormone in bottle form, to a lesser extreme. But it can't heal anything fatal.

Zyphran would make a trained fit human that is normally the strength of an average soldier/marine npc as 1/2 as strong as Luffy during east blue.  And like I said before it can only be used for plot purpose with permission of those who it affects in a thread
