Tori-Tori no mi: Model Archaeopteryx.

The Gist of Things: User becomes an archaeopteryx or archaeopteryx hybrid. Size of the hybrid form is almost exactly the same as the user's base form.



Specific Abilities: The user gains the ability to glide short distances (roughly 10 metres. Does that count as short?) from point to point in both hybrid and full zoan form; the hybrid form has more durability and manoeuvrability than the full zoan form, though speed is reduced, and the full zoan form can glide further (15 metres); whether these hybrid attributes surpass the base user's attributes depend on the user. Grows feathers all round the body, specifically the arms, part of the chest, the thighs, and the tail; in hybrid form, the tail is less rigid and more flexible. The user gains an elevated metabolism in this form as well. The user is not particularly sturdy without additional reinforcement. Sharp talons are also gained on arms and feet. The six senses are also enhanced. the user's neck is only half a foot longer in hybrid form, and has needle sharp teeth, which are fragile unless reinforced. The rest of the user's jaw is hard and almost beak-like.
