An Ulterior Motive: A New Face Behind a Mask ((Closed))

Dagon had gone in the completely wrong direction in finding the noble, but then he smelled chemicals he had never sensed before. He followed the scent and found himself climbing out of an air duct above doku, a slave, and his target: the noble. He jumped down, allowing his float to give him balance. He was astonished to see the slave in such a condition... It must have been due to the chemical he smelled. He looked straight at he noble.

"Don't worry, you aren't meant to die quite yet... No, you are meant to be tortured and interrogated. I'll have so much fun capturing yοu."

The hulking mass adjacent to him would try to protect the noble, but Doku was an ally. Doku could assist. And with both of us, this hulking mass wouldn't be enough to stop them for long.

"Doku... I need to capture the noble. I have an idea. When I charge him in a few seconds, the beast in front of me will try to stop me. Get around him. Try to immobilize but not kill the noble. Don't worry about suicide threats. He's too much of a coward to take his own life. If he's lucky, karasu will be in a good mood and let whatever is left of him alive... But probably not."

Shift

Dagon deactivated his float ability to conserve energy. He used shift to dash at near soru speed at the noble, claws at the ready, and he would attempt to slash his muscle groups if the creature didn't save him. If it did, he would flip around the creatures back and attempt to slash the muscles in his back, which would greatly hinder him with or without the drug; though, in his condition, it could be overcome with sheer willpower.

"Hah... excellent.. fantastic, that was the best , the best fight .. you were excellent, crow of death, how many will die for your sake, how many will view you as a hero? How many lives will you take to satisfy your gluttony . your need to spread death... till your the only left......come.. end our battle..... i would gladly die by your hand....." Karasu heard the man speak, and thought of the answers. His rage left the moment he saw the battle had ended. Karasu had proven his point. The battle was over, and the man had frozen parts of his body. Only Lindo's head was left, and Karasu had to end the battle officially. But first.. a farewell. "I don't know how many will die by my sake, if any.. but I am not a hero, even if others try to see me as a hero; I am an assassin with small morals. The lives I will take to satisfy my gluttony for spreading death? Countless. As long as there is money." Karasu then bent down to get to the man's eye-level. Karasu's pistol was point blank to the man's head.

"We'll meet again.. in hell." Karasu pulled the trigger, ending the blizzard bullet stance from earlier, and sent a powerful bullet to strike the man's head. The bullet will make a large blood splatter behind the enemy. Once the bullet is sent Karasu will stand up and leave the area in search of the gold. Karasu will close his eyes and try to remember the familiar sound of the room with money inside of it. Karasu will then try to get into the room.. using his bullets.

[[Dagon and Doku vs Montes]]

Montes immediately felt Dagon move as he leapt in front of the noble as well, swiping straight down as Dagon moved behind him. As Dagon was about to slash on Montes's back , the creature immediately turned on his leg swirling and kicking Dagon at the gut area. If the kick connected Dagon would fly through the metal bearings and into the next room , the kick was strong enough to cause serious damage to steel. Montes roared after his attack.

Rabel was breathing heavy "Damn it, this is way too close.... but at least im safe here..."

Karasu breathed and a slight bit of cold air left his mouth, like a fog. The room he had just attacked was basically engulfed in ice and a chill that lingered in the air. The body of the man was completely frozen by this point, and a stain of blood was left on the wall after their battle. Karasu smiled, after closing his eyes and locating the sound of a single belli, dropping down a seemingly countless amount of money like a rock in a hill. But the money was much higher then Karasu remembered, and was outside this time.. on an object that Karasu couldn't quite verify with his hearing abilities. Karasu opened his eyes and aimed his pistols at the ceiling; suddenly four bullets were fired by his pistol and they curved in an extremely rapid manner. In zero time the bullets became a tornado-like attack and completely dug through the ceiling and continued moving into the sky. From a distance anyone could imagine that a tornado formed upwards from the ship. Karasu used his vulture's wings to fly upwards through the eye of his attack; when the tornado vanished (which was very quickly) Karasu flew into the deck of the ship and landed with both of his feet on the ground at once. The vulture levitated him back to the ground.

Karasu walked towards the ship that seemed to have the submarine Karasu wanted inside of it; Karasu knew the money was inside because he localized the noise he heard. Karasu snapped his fingers, and with it two men appeared in front of him almost instantly. One appeared by the submarine he docked, and the other by the ocean. Both men were kneeling in front of Karasu. "I need that submarine located on that ship, pour its contents into my submarine.. all of them." Both of the men nodded. One of them, the one that appeared out of the ship, had long black hair and had very flawless skin. His body was well figured, and his eyes were borderline beautiful for a man. He looked feminine for a man, but his muscles were well toned. The other was a fishman with dark skin in the back and a white front torso. His nose is long, and his black hair seems to go bellow his neck. He was even more well muscled then the human. The human spoke, "We'll get it done, Lord Karasu.. and with gracefulness!" The fishman spoke, but sounded much more angry then the other member. "It'll be a pain the ass, but we'll get it done."

Karasu nodded, and watched as Grace (the human) and Tough (the fishman) both executed their plans accordingly. Tough jumped in the water, and Grace ran through the water using Soru. Eventually Tough popped out of the ocean, and Grace was in the top of the ship waiting for him. They ignored the slaves. Tough picked up the submarine with his muscles, while Grace made sure the others wouldn't intervene. Tough jumped in the ocean and swam to the giant ship, he even threw the small submarine on board. Tough then tilted the submarine over and poured the contents into the submarine of Karasu underneath the giant ship. Grace used his soru abilities to grab each gold piece before they went into the water. He also used shigan bullets to snap each belli he found back into the ship. By the end Tough and Grace successfully put all of the contents in the small submarine inside Karasu's personal ship. Tough then wiped his face, cuz it was sweaty after all of the energy he used, and threw the small submarine into the ocean. Grace threw himself in the ship and started re-arranging the gold with his soru technique as fast as he could. Within a minute Grace had already piled all of the money underneath the crews submarine, albeit in the sea stone room where they are supposed to keep prisoners with devil fruits or near impossible strength. but it was the closest thing to a vault they have. Karasu watched Grace and Tough work and smiled, he had enough money now to last him a lifetime. It will serve a purpose when he adds things to his island.

Karasu already knew about the battle going on bellow the ship, but he heard Dagon's voice when he closed his eyes.. which meant he was fighting the creature, and Daiki must be on the ship already. There was also another heartbeat he heard underneath the ship, but he didn't know who it was.. looking at the flag of the ship he took the submarine from he noticed something; that flag looked very familiar. Karasu couldn't put his finger on it though, who else was on the ship?

Summary:

Metal shot up and blocked the kick, however that metal wall was now useless, Doku frowned seeing the plan fail so quickly. Thinking however something came to mind, the metal began to shift around Rabel "now now...Are you sure you can truly be safe?" As Doku said this metal shot out to incase the noble, the beast would either go and attack the metal that was going to incase his master or directly attack Doku him self. In the case of Montes attacking the metal to free Rabel Doku would fire off two explosive shots in hopes of putting the monster down quickly and if that failed. The threat of the crushing and suffocation of the one you're trying to protect would keep one at bay.

Dagon flipped over the kick.

"You'll have to block better than that!"

Dagon rose his butcher knife. It had its last fuel on it. He started swinging directly at rabel. Then he noticed that Doku had blocked the kick when unnecessary. He was disappointed.

"Doku, don't worry about my safety. I will be fine. The objective is the noble. If I turn out to be a sacrificial pawn, do be it. The king is the noble, the queen is his monster. One of them needs to go!"

He aimed only at Rabel's limbs. He didn't desire his death quite yet. Only to chop him up, torture him, get the information he needed, and then eat him afterwards. Quite simple. He waited for the monster to attack him, hoping doku would take advantage of the situation. If he battled the queen, dagon could have rabel incapacitated in no time, allowing him to gang up on the monster. If he battled the king, dagon would be distracting the queen, forcing the monster to either die or not protect his master. Dagon was a knight. Doku was a bishop. Sometimes, a bishop and a knight can provide more challenge for a queen and king than another queen. All about strategy.

[[Montes vs Dagon and Doku]]

Montes immediately twisted around, his lunge was fast enough to get between himself and Dagon, Montes first grabbed his master smashing the metal before swiping away Dagons attacks. Rabel then yelled as Doku fired the explosive bullets at him. Montes simply picked up the chunk of metal on the floor from earlier blocking the explosive bullets and protecting his master. Montes then leapt to the edge of the room guarding his master as Rabel laughed "You dumb fools!!!! Montes is the ultimate creation, the drug makes him protect anyone wearing a certain pheromone , which only i happen to hold, I WIN NO ONE CAN STOP MONTES NOW!!!!" Montes smashed the wall, grabbing out the huge wall from the side, he then tossed it straight at Dogon and Doku aiming to flatten them both.

Slash

Dagon slashed apart the chunk of wall, and dodged the bulk of the debris, though some small pieces hit him doing no damage. Pheromones. Pheromones are increased in production by heat. By activated deep eruption, he could likely collect some pheromones.

"You stupid man... A magician should never tell his secret, especially if it can be taken advantage of."

Activated his abilities, he quickly went to seemingly attack montes, and then shifted above rabel, and went for a slashing attack. However, this was a ploy.

Crunch

If montes didn't block, he would bite rabel and drink his blood, and collecting the pheromones from his sweat and blood. If montes did stop Dagon, Dagon would tank the attack to send "crunch" and him, which would be unblockable at this range unless he had a way to defend himself personally, whoch he obviously lacked. If the crunch hit rabel, it would collect pheromones and bring it back to Dagon so that he could coat himself with it. He knew it wouldn't last long, but it would last long enough.

Karasu smiled as he gently flew to the giant submarine beside the ship. He walked through the long hall of his ship and stopped in front of the door to the torture room. He opened the door and walked to a corner of the room, where he lifted the floor showing a hidden hole with a ladder under the tungsten ground. Karasu climbed it and made his way to the prisoner rooms. Karasu walked towards the sea stone room and opened the door after putting his 8 digit code on the advanced door handle. When the door opened the prison room seemed to be filled with gems and gold that Karasu hadn't seen in a very long time. There was paper money in the pile too, a lot of it. Karasu knew that with this much money he'll be able to afford much more interesting things for his island.. as long as solve most if not the majority of its economic troubles.

Karasu closed the door, after carefully analyzing his surroundings to make sure nobody knew the eight digit code to the door or saw him open it. He closed his eyes to make sure nobody was around, and after showing enough proof that the area was safe Karasu walked back outside. He closed the hidden door and walked towards the ladder leading to the outside world. Karasu then had his vulture open its wings and he flew towards the top of the ship. Karasu landed on his feet, with his vultures wings out, and down at the area he heard Dagon fighting. Karasu closed his eyes and focused on the creature underneath his feet, he heard its heartbeat, then focused on its breathing sounds, and then focused on Doku's and Dagon's breathing sounds and heartbeat. It looked like the creature hadn't slowed down since the last time Karasu heard him. Were Doku and Dagon enough of a fight for the powerful creature? Karasu didn't know, but what he did know was that the fight had to end soon.. very soon, and if his crew didn't finish the fight then Karasu is going to intervene.

As Karasu stood outside the top of the ship, in the moonlit sky, a bat fluttered towards Karasu, carrying the seal of the world government, the bat landed on the side of the top near where karasu was standing and let out a cry. The letter contained a certain invitation for Karasu.

(Christ, Sorry I'll do that now)

Doku watched the fight and from his view point, the only way to beat this monster was a bigger monster. Wrapping him self in his metal he was lifted out of the ship as he levitated his metal began to grow out, carefully shaping the metal as to not have to put so much focus on keeping a 50 ft metal titan levitating Doku settled for a 30 ft one. The body of the titan was extremely muscular with rather long arms. The head of the titan was blank, featureless. In the middle of the chest laid Doku, controlling the giant metal man, rearing it's arm back and curling it's hand into a fist it brought it down and sent it through the ship, before opening the hand aiming to grab and crush Montes. "This needs to end..." Doku thought, he hadn't fought in so long that holding the form on top of levitating it as to not sink the ship was already tiring him.

Montes roared as Dagon cut through the rubble and steel and then attacked Montes seemingly, however he then dissapeared and Montes was shocked, he then turned his head up and then saw Dagon, , he extended his arm grabbing Dagon but unable to stop Dagon from releasing his crunch attack which striked Rabel who was stunned upon impact. Rabel shouted "ARGHHHHHHH NO NO THIS CANT BE, MONTES!!!!!!" Montes roared loudly but before that the titan raised, it then slammed into Montes sending Montes flying back, creating a hole in the ship, and making Montes pass out, the titans force was way too strong. Montes then turned back into his normal form unable to do anything. Rabel was now also passed out after Dagons attack.

Karasu picked up the letter from the bat and read it. Apparently he was invited to join the shichibukai once again, and Karasu had to agree. There was money to be made in the marines, Karasu remembered getting paid nearly 1 billion belli in a mission just for killing three tough pirates. This was definitely something he had to use to his advantage.. joining the government will only help him gain money, since Karasu rarely gets contracts from pirates anyways.. and they're never seen by the marines. It's a win-win situation for Karasu, he gets money and the marines out of his back. Karasu smiled and took out his den den mushi, when he suddenly felt a hand grab the back of his head and slam his face through the wooden floor. Karasu's father, Yaminoque, had Karasu's face wrapped by his fingers. Karasu was in a daze now.

"Sorry Karasu, but I have to.. help you with something. Our family is known for being the kings and queens of Dark Isle. That comes with a certain responsibility.. I know you would have refused it if I asked you to do this. I am going to insert memories into you, but they will likely replace some of the other memories you possess." Karasu groaned for a moment, he still couldn't move his body. Karasu suddenly felt a surge of knowledge entering his mind. The air technique of Geppou, the Bullet of Shigan, and the air slicing technique known as Rankyaku entered his mind. One more combination entered, the one that was a combination of Soru and Geppou. Yaminoque left, abruptly, with Soru and disappeared into the waters. Yaminoque probably has a ship miles away for him to escape on. He had to leave Karasu to deal with the technique he might have forgotten to use. The villagers need a leader to represent the Island, and that leader needed to know rokushiki.. even if it came at a small power cost.

A few minutes pass and Karasu regains mobility of his body. Karasu couldn't hope to catch up to his father, unfortunately, and he was probably out of range from his total silence technique by now. This meant Karasu had to ignore his father for now.. what were the things he took away with his technique? Karasu didn't know, but he'll find out eventually. In the meantime he took up his den den mushi and spoke into it.

"Alright.. Ugh.. everyone, if you're finished with the opponents drag the prisoner inside the submarine. We're leaving immediately for a certain Shichibukai meeting. I've been accepted as a Warlord of the Sea." Karasu jumped into the submarine and prepared the torture room. Karasu knew that they'd need it for the slavery man.. assuming he was still alive. They'll get some useful information out of him.

Dagon was injured from all the battle, but nothing he couldn't handle. He grabbed rabel by his shirt and dragon him, shifting to the submarine.

"Your wish is my command sir... And I'm going to enjoy this."

He lifted rabel slightly before dropping him into the submarine. He jumped on top of rabel and then kept dragging him to the torture room.

Seeing the monster defeated Doku relaxed. Metal began to shatter off the titan and with the last of his strength and self preservation, Doku forced the hulking titan body over his ship before falling onto the deck. His slaves scrambled quickly and got him into the ships medical area to keep him in stable condition. With the job done, the ship sailed off away from the dark isle assassins and towards another part of the new world.
