Dear Marines,
Lower ranking members or higher up of the marines I hereby request that impel down be rebuilt. The fact that we allow such a terrible thing to happen to a prison that had great fame saying to be the best prison we ever made. I say we rebuilt it, and place the C-9 in charge or a rear admiral in charge. Seeing that it was taken down so ease by a yonko, and his crew is truly a sad day for us we must not allow such action of these pirates to continue so.
Anyone who dare take up this task would receive my great thanks on behalf of the marines itself.
