Appearance: Toll stands at a height of around 6 foot. His skin, a tanned color. He is often described as a dashing man and if you come into contact with him, you'll see it's no lie! His hair is a short black color and reaches up to about the end of his neck. It tends to curl at the ends. He is often seen wearing sunglasses however when he's not, his eyes are a clear aqua blue color. Covering some his chin is a goatee which he's pretty proud of. Toll wears a dark pink button shirt and a white tie. Around his right wrist is a pink bracelet that when shook, makes a bell noise. He wears a pair of dark blue jeans and for normal footwear, it's black boots. He has a marine tattoo located on his back. 

History:

Tollenhawt Elegante. He was born in the West Blue. He was part of well known rich family, all the people in this family were marines. It was a tradition was started long ago, that everyone with the second name Elegante were to join the marines once they had reached the age of 16. Toll wasn't 16, yet, so he was forced to spend his childhood studying the marines. Not friends, no running around. He was home tutored, his classes were from Monday to Friday, all the lessons on numeracy, literacy and of course, the marines. It was the same every lesson, the person just went on and on about these people who worked for "Justice", it was pretty dull. Most of the time, he just sat in his room with the tutor. When he wasn't getting taught, he'd stare out the window, feeling envious at the other kids. When he reached 14, he decided he needed to find a "hobby", something to occupy him. He tried drawing, he failed. Table Tennis, failed. Football, didn't work in the house. When all hope was lost, a melody could be heard. It was coming from his mother's room. Music. It was as if his body started to move automatically, he was the puppet and the music was the puppeteer. It was the only thing he was ever good at, dancing. Toll quickly grabbed a book from his mum's room and studied up on the music and dance, on the weekends he'd practice to himself. It was perfect. Once reaching 15, he was close to joining the marines, so his father had booked a tutor which would teach him a means of self-defense. Swordsmanship. He found this pretty fun because, for once, he actually got to go outside. He could also relate his dancing into this. All was well, he still danced to himself and still was home tutored. Now was the big day, the day to join the marines.

This was really a amazing experience for Toll. He got to explore the island while making his way to the base. Once there, he was immediately accepted due to his family name. At first, he found it to be dull and well not really enjoyable. However as he rose through the ranks, he began to see that it was pretty fun but at times he may doze off. He is currently a marine captain and the superiors noticed that he had potential thus putting him in charge of a crew he named:

"Rolling Roses"

Personality:

Tollenhawt can be seen as optimistic at times and pretty confident. He has faith in his abilities and believes that he can pretty much out class and defeat any pirate he comes into contact with. He enjoys talking very much and also likes to be the center of attention, he can often be found in noisy and crowded places such as the bar. He's a people person and loves to hang out with friends however he still has his sense of justice and will jump in when he sees that something's not right. He completely loves grand entrances and is pretty much a show off. Toll can be a lazy person while on duty and will sleep whenever he gets the chance.

Tollenhawt is a complete pervert. Always striving to peak into the woman's room, he sees himself as a "player" and will try to pick up women on his free time. However will, indeed, most likely fail. When around the other sex, he blushes more than normal and will say stuff out of the ordinary.

Toll is a good captain. Always putting his crewmates first and will try his best to get them out of harm's way. He enjoys to order them around for he enjoys the feeling of being in charge.
