This can also be consciously be made to mimic that of the Reject dial, which will hurt the user too. The force of the blast will still hit and hurt you. Ex: someone shoots you. if you make it to the person you can basically punch them with the force of that bullet, however you will still have a bullet wound. If someone cuts or punches you, you can do the same thing. Now if you mimic Reject dial, you can do 10 times the damage to them, but it will happen to you too, most likely knocking the user out. Only 2/10 of the force can be negated by the armour.
