The gura gura no mi is already a "vibration fruit" that can essentially do that already. Also, the rules will tell you that there is no haki in this section of the rp. If you want to use haki, you need to go to the advanced section. Same for logia transformations, if I'm not mistaking.

Yes, a canon fruit used by whitebeard. Be more detailed about the friut abilities and make it different than whitebeards gura gura no mi and it'll be fine in that regard. After you make the necessary changes, we'll look at it again and see if there are any other problems I can help you fix.
