description: A person of avrage strenght could use it but the recoil might throw him on his back. The hand cannon is about a metter long and at the end of the barrel half a metter thick.

Yes he could. He would get quite some recoil tho. Maybe even thrown away. The hand cannon is like a hunting rifle but much thicker.
