Home Village/Ocean: Dark crevices hidden amongst the most dangerous parts of the grandline, and for a short while fishman island.
Appearance: History: Shezmu was born abandoned in the bottom of the sea, surviving for three years by sheer luck and perhaps destiny, against the forces of nature. At age four, he learned he could do things the other creatures couldn't and used it to survive. At age seven, he realized what his power truly was, and started honing his abilities. From this point on, he simply survived by robbing ships and killing monsters. He obtained all of his weapons via these methods. At age eleven, he found fishman island, and spent two years of training to learn the way of society, morals, justice, evil, communication, and etc. He abandoned his studies at thirteen, having learned all he needed to survive. He attacked marine vessels to obtain sustenance and entertainment, killing everyone mercilessly when they started to drown. He learned he had a desire to devour human flesh and, more specifically, drink the blood of living creatures. he learned that by his nature as a leech fishman, fresh blood not only improved his abilities but became a genetic addiction, making him a danger to nearly all company. He refers to his leech abilities as "vampirism". His life was simple and uneventful until he turned eighteen. At this time, he was captured by the royal dragons and saw the true form of evil, as he was tortured and watched slaves be worked beyond their limits. He grew a deep hatred for them before he escaped his prison. It was then he decided to kill all evil by becoming true evil. He took his only weapons worth using, and learned to use them as he saw fit, becoming not only a master chef, but also an adept swordman. By applying his pseudo-life-returned learned in the deep see to the life-return and rokushiki used by government warriors, he learned his own form of life-return that he called simple "fishman judo". He commit many crimes in the name of his type of justice, where he kills the greatest evil: the government itself by becoming a form of evil. He is now twenty years old, looking to make himself part of true history.
Dagon spent nearly 3 years adventuring with his mentor, Karasu. During this time, he killed many people, defeated many foes, and even took part in a mission against the celestial dragons that lead to him freeing their slaves and escaping by the end. Just recently, he and his mentor had a falling out. Dagon's insight was no longer as valuable to Karasu as it was before from what Dagon could tell, and Dagon's time with him had made him even stronger than ever. He had an excessively low bounty before, and his current bounty, though much closer, is still a tad underselling of his full power. Though he is still an assassin, he works mostly as a free lance operative that serves an auxiliary for his assassin group.
After committing his loyalty to the yonkou Derge Namikaze, dagon was trained in the basics of merman combat, namikaze combat, and haki. While he struggled with his new combat training, he had a surprising talent at using haki. Due to his heightened perception, observation came very easily to him and made his awareness much more efficient, and armament was excessively useful to his fighting style. After gaining his power, he began investing in the benefit of his yonkou's interest, becoming stronger in the process. He keeps his actions discrete and well hidden, as to not arose unnecessary suspicion, as he is an assassin and Derge told him that their partnership should be kept as discrete as possible for the time being in order to use Dagon to the fullest potential. Dagon didn't like being explained like a chess piece, but dagon felt like a valuable rook as opposed to the pawn he felt like with Karasu. He has established more underworld connections, and has taken advantage of the world's corruption to conquer the underworld. He walked through marine territory as if he’s not a commander of the world’s most wanted criminal and does as he pleases, generally causing mass panic destruction and death wherever he goes. He is considered such a plague to the government and its laws and is known to be so dangerous, he is listed as DEAD only to prevent any chances of escape or further casualties.
Personality: Shezmu is a nearly split-personality criminal mastermind. He believes to destroy all evil with any means necessary is to become evil itself, and then once becoming the last evil, to be destroyed by justice to end evil for a period of time. This would make him the most infamous criminal of all time. He believes that this is his destiny. That he should show no mercy, and be tactical about every thing possible, cold as ice and gems. He would kill his own brother, if he had one. This is the result of growing in the life-or-death survival games of the deepest crevices in the sea. He believes justice is the greatest thing, but has become its polar opposite for his own, seemingly justified reasons. His time as Karasu's personal chef has given him the ability to remain complacent and calm under intense mental pressure: it has also given him tremendous willpower; this has made him more independent and dominating than previously. After allying with derge, he is more confident than ever, due to an increase in both power and resources. He almost has a god complex, but is too much of a realist to show more than a little arrogance. As he has matured and mastered his own true power, he has coalesced into a true demon, just like his master.

Fishman Ninjutsu: an advancement of fishman karate derived from all aforementioned martial arts; allows the user to change the state of water, control water from a range as if it was a devil fruit ability, and create self-sustaining pressurized water weapons that can be used as high-speed armor-piercing projectiles or close-combat weapons by expert users of merman combat and fishman jiujitsu respectively.
Vampirism: the craving and addiction to the blood of other people, as well as the ability to corrupt said blood through saliva into a potent poison that has the potential to cause immense pain and paralysis. Regeneration while drinking blood.
Eidetic Memory: the ability to memorize anything the user participates in, concentrates on, or takes attention to.
Deep Sea Senses: via sound, taste, smell, and touch, shezmu has gained a sort of "sixth sense" to replace sight when he cannot see.
Blood Lust: each of dagon’s physical abilities are multiplied by 10; however, he cannot use weapons, complex tactics, or fishman karate when in this state. It lasts for six posts or until Dagon drinks blood; Dagon then loses consciousness unless dagon had drunk blood, in which case he returns to normal, aside from being unable to heal for the rest of the thread.
Titanic Physical Prowess: He has gone beyond superhuman limits, gaining sub sonic speed and small-island/multi-mountain/large-city/reinforced-battleship level strength, easily ripping steel
Immeasurable Endurance: Massive calorie reserves allowing for constant combat for weeks; a general toughness that neutralizes l damage beneath iron level. Additional resistance to damage side effects, allowing the user to survive, and even continue fighting until forcibly impeded.
Assassin's Charisma: Dagon has learned the finer points of psychology, sociology, acting, cosmetology, and literature; as a result, he is able to lie, act, speak, and etc impeccably on top of the advantages of manipulating those with weak minds.
Mutagenic Adaption: from the manipulation of derge's cells within Shezmu's body, he has gained much more efficiency in physical performance and life return. While in fair condition he has 3 times the physical stamina and can use his life return 3 times as much. In any condition, his senses and physical attributes are 50% stronger than his normal maximum physical capacity at that time. His regeneration becomes much faster and much more efficient; dagon has 15 times his normal life span, 15 times the constitution, and 15 times his normal healing power"
Mastered Observation: the user has such precise observation that the user always has it active and can always use precognition effects during combat
Mastered Armament: the user can make the entire body and objects touching the body virtually indestructible to non-haki enhanced damage, having equal durability to the user’s will.
Custom Observation: Scrying Dagon’s sixth sense and observation combine, allowing dagon to detect and react to things precisely as they happen, without waiting for light, sound, etc to tip off with a large city range, as well as visualize past events rather than future ones.
Custom Armament: Black Blood Dagon’s armament haki extends to his blood judo, allowing him to create and manipulate black blood to produce all armament effects in one, while enhancing the limits of blood judo.

Learned Techniques: 1. Crunch- the ability to shoot water from one's own mouth in the shape and manner of long leeches, which bite any targets, and absorb any fluids it comes in contact with. If it is blood, it is immediately transferred to dagon; otherwise, it remains in the water until dagon dispels the technique.
2. Slash- The ability to form pressurized water blades around ones limbs and appendages to create various arrays of claws and blades that deflect most types of damage and cut through any non-kairoseki surface. They can change shape and can be an indefinite length; in addition, they can be launched as high-speed projectile blades at post ultrasonic speed.
3. Cut- The ability to create pressurized water cavities in various arrays and shapes, creating fissures and currents on the water, then imploding, producing large piercing blades and shockwaves.
4. Shift- the ability to use water to move at mastered soru speeds across any surface and in the air with complete control of direction. Shifting attacks produce ultrasonic water bubbles and/or water blades.
5. Float- the ability to make water form wing-like shields that bend to the users will, and both produces shockwaves at will, and deflects physical contacts with the shields at ultrasonic speeds.
6. Deep Freeze- the ability to absorb nearly all heat within 1km into the user’s internal organs, as well as preserve one’s stamina. The area becomes subzero instantaneously and produces snow and ice soon after, and the user becomes immune to heat and cold attacks.
7. Deep Eruption- the ability to increase the heat on the surface of the body and distribute it throughout a solid surface to cause it to melt, or a liquid surface to cause it to evaporate. It will even burn through steel, and even diamond. Through fishman ninjutsu and armament haki, this form also allows for attacks in this form to launch pressurized steam held in liquid form at extremely corrosive and burning temperatures, causing the water to glow blue and explode violently upon release or impact. This cost massive amounts of calories.
8. Deep Extension- the ability to produce more stem cells and pressurize the blood stream as to reduce and potentially reverse aging, control blood flow, enhance the senses of sound and time, and produce instant regeneration. Enhanced by haki and fishman ninjutsu, the user can also use the water in the environment as an extension of his senses, ranging no more than 300m from a water source. This causes massive calorie drain.
9. Judo Block- the user hardens his body by controlling the minerals and water inside to bloodstream, without losing mobility. With full focus, it is as hard as the highest grade steel. Enhanced by haki and fishman ninjutsu, the user can also produce equally duravle partial projections of his body to protect allies and deflect attacks at a distance (no more than 50m). Low-calorie drain.
10. Judo Flip- the user loosens his body by distributing the nutrients in the body and controlling their own blood as to make themselves distribute his weight differently. This technique improves agility and balance 10 fold; the user's body behaves as if it is limp when in contact with physical reactant, allowing for the reduction of impact and shockwave damage. The user can also twist their bodies with no injury, and even push the body beyond its normal limits. While deep extension is active, this allows the user to extend his limbs up to 15 times their normal length. With haki and fishman ninjutsu, the extended body part(s) will move as according to senses and the user's desires instantly without thought.
11. Judo Strike- the user controls himself through the meditation and control of their own blood as to force themselves to surpass their normal limits. This technique improves strength and speed ten fold; the user produces an indefinite amount of blood which effectively seals wounds and reinforces the seal for the duration of this life return. In conjunction with haki and merman combat, attacking actions while in this form can create shockwaves capable of stretching from island to island at an mid-grade steel level.
12. Judo Pause- the user controls his body as to keep all organs calm and subtle. This improves senses and endurance ten fold; the user quickly digests large amounts of fuel allowing for instant access to calories. In conjunction with haki, the user can petrify his own body, when doing so makes him more durable than haki-reinforced world class weapons, at the cost of being rendered absolutely immobile. In conjuction with fishman ninjutsu, the user can create waves around himself like an aura to help detect and divert phenomena within 50m, and even move his immobile body.
13. Judo Stream- the user collects his blood into one high-density space and launches it through the body without harming the area as if a military harpoon or cannon ball. In conjunction with haki and fishman ninjutsu, this ball of blood can be hardened into high-grade steel level durability and be remotely controlled up to 150m for up to 3 posts and launched at post ultrasonic speeds. In addition, dagon can pass this blood through his body as if it was an element of his own, and he can drain blood of another while sustaining direct contact with the victim in order to fuel an attack; if the victim is able to resist the phenomena via water manipulating, a combination of rokushiki and haki, or life return the user is capable of draining 3 cups per post and otherwise can drain up to 15 cups per post.
14. Judo Chop- the user creates a
slash of blood and coats the cut area. The blood then pushes apart, using great fishman-karate skill, to launch the halves of the cut further apart to create a thicker gash. This is capable of cutting through virtually anything short of kairoseki, and cuts organic creatures to the bone. While enhanced with fishman ninjutsu and haki, however, the cuts can be sustained for up to 100m and can cut with precision to any depth in that distance if it is not faced against kairoseki.
15. Judo Spout- the user pulls water on the same frequency as he does his own blood, pulling human-like and animal-like blood towards him. He then uses small high-rpm tendrils to extract the blood and inject it into dagon, as well as store it in secret compartments. He can drain an indefinite amount of loose blood this way, and drain 1/3 of a body's capacity this way. In order to drain noticeable amounts from living bodies capable of resisting, he must be within 5ft (touching distance). Note that the user must make contact in the post before it's use. With haki and fishman ninjutsu, the user can use the tendrils to restrain the target at a high-grade steel level.
16. Chomp- the user creates a number of waves, and smashes them into a large mouth-like shape; this structure is then reinforced via fishman karate into a pressurized barrier. The structure collapses upon damage, using the pressurized water as a weapon rather than a shield. The force of the "chomp" is so great that it makes a loud "chomp" sound from breaking the sound barrier and bursts appart in a deadly spray of pressurized water. This chomp is capable of neutralizing virtually any energy-based or physical attack, as well as reducing kinetic-based attack. This chomp can break through anything short of kairoseki. The sprays from the boom are capable of cutting through mid-grade steel. Enhanced by fishman ninjutsu and haki, the attack can be used effectively with significantly less water and can produce up to 8 total chomps in an attack.
17. End- the user combines components of rokushiki, life return, fishman karate, fishman jijutsu, and knowledge of anatomy to force clots within blood-based bodies as strong as low-grade steel. This will effectively seal off blood flow and paralyze the victim. However, this only works as long as the target has blood, and the user can make direct contact with the blood within the target's body. Note that the user must make contact in the post before it's use. With haki and fishman ninjutsu, it is diamond hard as long as direct contact remains and once the victim is paralyzed, the user can release contact and sustain the paralysis for up to 25m.
18. Deep Guardian- the user creates a body up to the 5 times the size/mass of an average giant, or an extension of the user's body of equal or less mass, forming at maximum power a colossus of pressurized water. The user controls this mass of water as a versatile extension of one's own body, much like a devil fruit user's colossus. With use of haki and fishman ninjutsu, dagon can use it more freely and pressurize the water to break steel.
19. Judo Charge: Shezmu uses fishman ninjutsu to trigger his gura-enhanced ring. The ring, now emitting a full power shockwave, releases a powerful air-shattering tremor, that can be concentrated to his hand, or transferred through his entire body. This tremor is amplified and contained via fishman judo and haki. He hardens his body, accelerates his blood, and spirals the blood inside his body. He pulls any loose water near to his body including his sweat. In effect, this form allows dagon to produce high-powered shockwaves up to 3m in size and capable of shattering islands. Any kind of motion can emit a powerful shockwave if desired. Shockwaves of this kind can break diamonds and steel. While in this form regeneration, senses, and life return capabilities are at half power, the user consumes calories, and all other physical attributes are 3 times as powerful. When the form is first activated, it releases a 250m diamond-busting shockwave that carries indefinitely as an ultrasonic boom. He emits a high-pitch, soft hum as a result of the shockwave. This technique increases blood pressure, cracks the bones, tears the muscles and organs, disrupts the heart of anyone who uses it. He takes advantage of his newly enhanced regeneration to negate the damage and controls his heart via blood judo. This focus limits this form to being used in conjunction with one technique at a time, form or otherwise. His regeneration is also stressed to burn out point, which reduces his regenerative properties to 10%of his normal recovery rate equal to the posts sustained. While enhanced by haki, the user reduced for half as long as used, and is only reduced to 25% if all posts in use sustained haki.
20. Judo Barrage: Dagon concentrates his blood into 6 massive clots that centralize in his limbs, and bounce around his body at will. This allows him to temporarily enhance his agility, speed, and strength to perform a relentless barrage. This technique can only be used with one form at a time, due to the focus required of using the technique without disrupting a sustained form, despite its general simplicity. Muliplies power of attacks by 30. Enhanced by haki and fishman ninjutsu, this technique is 8 times more powerful.
21. Shrapnel Shock: Dagon creates a shockwave capable of breaking diamond, amplified by water to propel projectiles with a powerful force to pierce high-grade steel. When amplifed by haki, the user can produce a tsunami-like effect to create a second, concentrated shockwave blast as secondary attack, which explodes into a fullpowered shockwave on contact with a range between 10m and 50m.
22. Bolster Armory- he creates self-sustained weapons out of pressurized spiraling water that bore through any material weaker than kairoseki, unless the material is someone with water control.
23. Snow Cavity- he creates a pit of compressed snow that swallows, crushes, and captures targets and can even potentially freeze targets.
24. Lightning Cable- using his goro enhanced ring, he saturates pressurized seawater or blood with lightning. He then controls the pseudo-plasma to smash, slice, or pierce a target, causing the water to form an electrical aoe discharge for 1 posts duration in an area up to 50m.
25. Dragon Bomb- the user electrifies and boils seawater or blood and holds it in liquid form, super saturating the energy-space ratio, allowing the body of water no larger than 5m to only take shape as a sphere. This sphere is fired like a cannonball, and explodes upon impact as a blue or red flash from the water’s instant evaporation and discharge, corroding, electrocuting, burning, and impacting those caught in the explosion.
26. Tears of the Savior- the user controls the water in the environment and manipulates its temperature and state of matter to form a giant bell-dome cumulonimbus cloud, the most dangerous and destructive weather pattern, with the maximum range being an island. Once started, it cannot be dispelled by fishman ninjutsu or changing air pressure and cannot be controlled further by the user. The effects of the storm can include lightning, tornadoes, massive hail, rain, and snow, all depending on the climate and weather at the time of activation.
27. Unholy Web- Made specifically to render foes of wotan size and larger, the user creates hundreds of spiraling water vortexes and binds them together with an extremely-high rpm water whip, forming what appears to be the world’s sharpest and spikiest water spout. When it crashes into a large target, wraps around it and form a giant web-like water-blade structure that immobilizes and cuts large targets for 1 post; additionally it can be used clear large areas of multiple smaller targets and either smash them with debris or throw them great distances depending on the circumstances of the hit.
28. Crimson Armada- controlling massive amounts of blood, dagon creates and controls up to 1000 amoeba-like blood structures that can move in response to dagon’s haki and on his will. The more controlled at once the less complicated their movements; most effective controlling less than 100 at a time for the ability to deal with enemies with devil fruits, advanced rokushiki, and/or haki. While using this technique, Dagon must meditate and cannot break his stance without dispelling them all instantly. The clones have no minds of their own, and are just controlled masses of blood.
29. Dark Night- dagon uses black blood to create up to 5 half-giant sized derge clones from derge’s own special stem-cell blood. Utilizing the special properties of his own blood judo and derge’s own blood, dagon can create a collective independent will for each of the 5 clones. Each clone is capable of acting with the personality, voice, and abilities of Derge, except haki and gears (including awakening), but have artificial, zombie-like minds only capable of thinking on its own for problem-solving situation on how to determine and carry out missions. These Dark Knights are only iron-level in physical abilities, and are extremely predictable due to their simple nature and having intent for observation to detect; however, they are virtually immune to damage due to their black-blood bodies having logia-like intangibility and beyond diamond level durability, only a able to be damaged by extreme cold, extreme heat, and pressurized water attacks.
30. Endless Torment- originally intended for interrogations, dagon combines pressurized water, ice, and snow with electricity from the goro ring to produce seemingly cold electricity, that both electrocutes and freezes anything it hits. Due to the nature of organic bodies, this will not kill organic creatures, but will instead ensure that they remain seeming unharmed and completely conscious. However it causes excessive amounts pain and partial paralysis, in addition to destroying any virtually technology it comes in contact with that isn’t kairoseki reinforced.
31. Astral Projection- he can manipulate mist to create perfect mirages, and imperfect mirages with precise detail. This technique can be used in a variety of ways, but are all simply easily broken illusions. He can extend this technique across great lengths, even able to cover the distances of particularly close islands.
32. Draconic Attack- controlling alcoholic drinks and/or blood, dagon makes a powerful gura-enhanced blade attack with his cleaver, creating a fiery pressurized fat-fire blade attack resembling a dragon, capable of melting or burning anything not kairoseki slowly over time, and water increases the damage and can cause it to explode violently.
33. Dagon pressurizes the moisture all around him and inside his body and makes a thrust, kick, or headbutt amplified by the pressurized moisture, capable of shattering non-kairoseki from a direct hit, additionally creating a powerful piercing shockwave, capable of slicing and shattering iron as a sustained large-scale projectile, carrying for miles on end at post supersonic speed as a 50m aoe blast.
34. Black Death- he mixed his haki enhanced blood and saliva into a mist and expanded as a poisonous gas, causing paralysis and pain when inhaled or left in contact for 3 or more posts. Mist is heavy and stays low to the ground, maximum thickness in an open area is 3m high with a maximum range of 100m with a maximum duration of 5 posts, using up half of all of dagon’s available poison supply and draining massive calories. The mist cannot be dissipated before its natural dissipation, but can be frozen, contained, or moved from one location to another by external forces.
35. 7th Circle- while using deep freeze and haki, he pressurizes water to the surface of a limb and activates both of his rings, charging the limb with liquid ice. He strikes with the limb creating a powerful pressure wave capable of cracking small islands in half followed by a wave of hyper-freezing post-ultrasonic water, 10m high off the ground, freezing anything it touches on contact up to 500m away, and freezing further out, creating a 1km radius winter terrain, with ice stalagmites, snow pit traps, and lubricated ice patches. However, the technique has a recoil and using it more than half power will give dagon frostbite in the limb for 3 posts.
