Shisui's notable factor is the color of his skin. His pale white skin is usually what grabs the attention of others. Shisui wears formal clothes that 1 would generally see a teenager wearing. Shisui wears scarlet red skinny jeans and a dark chocolate colored belt. Shisui wears a snow white belt over the dark belt but he mostly uses the belt as means of tying up his bounty. Shisui has a tight black shirt that shows off his muscle figure, and a giant Snow white scarf that Shisui always wears. Shisui has a scarlet red nodachi usually in it's sheath on his back.
History: Shisui lived in a ruined city on an island named Ohara. Shisui's mom was a scholear and his dad was a medicinal scientist. Shisui was always being taken to his father's office because his mother who was skilled in a variety of areas was being taken to many different facilities. Shisui learned about many medicinal processes, like surgery and what kind of medicines, and how to treat different sicknesses with herbs, naturally found around the world. Shisui didn't understand, the irony the irony of the fact he learned doctoral skills, because of the devil fruit he would later consume. Shisui's mother was closely working on examining a devil fruit in one of the facilities she worked in. This caused a separation in the family because Shisui's mom refused to come home, this caused Shisui's father to be more stressed forcing him to resort to alcohol to attempt to relieve his stress. Shisui knew his father probably wouldn't be able to provide anymore and his mother was barely home to see their financial status, so at the age of 8, Shisui had decided to take up 3 jobs, a paper route, delivery boy, and mail man. Shisui had to travel around many different townships to deliver things such as food, mail, and paper. Shisui resented both his parents, because they caused him to lose his childhood, he also resented the children in the neighborhoods he biked through, because while they were playing ball and having fun, and Shisui was barely getting any sleep. Shisui had decided the only way to go back to normal is to destroy the devil fruit his mom was working with.
So when he made a delivery to the science lab on a certain day, he waited for them to throw the food out the back door, and knocked out the man who threw the food away with his bicycle wheel to the head. Shisui had then snuck into the facility and used a smoke bomb he made to stop security cameras from noticing him. As he was stealthily sneaking through the facility, he noticed his father and mother there arguing in the employee break room. Shisui saw his dad about to beat his mother up and broke a giant shard of glass and ran to stop it, of course things went horribly wrong, the shard had pierced Shisui's mom and dad in the chest. Shisui's father almost immediately, giving Shisui the white angelic silky scarf he had. His mother and Shisui had an emotional conversation of why he had to do this, before she died, she handed him all the research on the fruit and possible properties. Shisui rushed to the lab and stole the fruit but knew this was his inheritance from his mother, this was his only inheritance. A scarf and a devil fruit. With this Shisui did all he thought he could do, eat the fruit and run from Ohara fearing being charged with murder. Shisui used a raft to reach a nearby island, where refugees go and there, for the next 4 years, Shisui learned to use his fruit.
Shisui then decided to go adventuring with his raft around the world, when a stroke of unluckiness hailed down upon Shisui once again. He was kidnapped by a giant pirate ship. The pirates tied up Shisui in seastone chains just in case but a bag over his head and beat him senseless and then made him a slave once his wounds healed. Shisui had many conversations with the other slaves the pirates had. Shisui knew they were all full of pride and ignorant and none of them wanted to have a revolution they would rather try to cunningly escape by themselves and their families. Shisui knew he could defeat them with his devil fruit powers but he needed a weapon. So for years Shisui practiced his powers waiting for the right opportunity, the 16 year old then went to the crews' blacksmith asking him to create a sword for him. Shisui received a scarlet red sword and then asked the crews' tailor to give him a nice outfit. Shisui then decided now was the time, he made a 'room' around the whole ship with his Ope Ope no Mi. Shisui then went to the crews' medical division and used his ability to dismember their limbs throwing the limbs into the bottom of the oceans hiding the heads in the storage freezer. Shisui then decided to take out the ammuntion deck at the bottom of the room, he had a bunch of lighters set up so that they would all fall down at the pull of a string attached to the door. He then cut all the guns and cannons leaving all the gun powder to spill out. Shisui used his Mes attack to blow holes in the top and bottom of the room and light the lighters and made a large commotion before escaping in the top hole. Many pirates came rushing in to see what was going on and the lighters fell down blowing up the whole middle deck of the ship. Shisui now had almost completed escape as most of the crew escaped on rafts. Shisui then met with the 1st mate in battle. Shisui knew the captain would be coming down, because he knew the captain would want to go down with his own ship, so Shisui used his ability to switch bodies with the first mate and beat used Mes on his own body, then torturing his own body a bit with the heart. Then he took his actual damaged body and pretended to be the first mate of the crew. He put his own heart back and then had the 1st mate jump overboard, switching bodies back before he hit the ocean. Shisui took the time to ambush the captain and dismember then captain, throwing the legs in the furnace, The mid section and arms in the ocean, and the head was put in the freezer with the medical division. Shisui escaped the burning ship barely and then decided to catch pirates for a living.
Personality: Shisui is a compassionate man, even though he tries to hide this compassion near pirates, making himself seem heartless and cruel. He is very caring towards people and would rather try and catch pirates away from civilians and other innocent people. Shisui still is haunted by the fact he killed his parents and so he tries to honor both of his parents in every battle by effectively using the scarf and his devil fruit powers in battles. Shisui loves making friends because he feels friends will help him find his true path in life, which is his only goal in life. Shisui doesn't let things go easily because, he believes, as his dad had told him, memories make you better, defeats, victories, encounters, everything, just pursue it and you'll find how it will make you better. Ever since that day Shisui pursues anything he sees can help him become better.

Learned Techniques (Keep it 1-25): Activate- Shisui creates a sphere of energy around a certain area and in the sphere can manipulate things within the sphere.
Dismemberment- Shisui uses the room ability to separate someone's body parts from the bodies' while he can attach the parts to another object within the room, the weakness of this technique is it will be harder for Shisui to defend against attacks from several different limbs.
Mind Swap- Shisui can select two targets within room and switch their personalities. When personalities are swapped the person retains all abilities and devil fruit powers, but they must have the bodies endurance and strength.(Personalities go back after 7 posts)
Flatline-Shisui sends a pulse of power through a target, this can cause the ground to collapse or be used for more direct offensive purposes.
Sense- Shisui can sense and target anything within room
Clear- After using Sense, Shisui charges an electrical blast (like a defibrillator) and send the electrical blast at a the target.
Lift-Shisui can use his ability to levitate any target and move them in mid-air within Room after using sense, but he can't move them another further then the room.
Thrust- Shisui strikes his opponent in the chest with his bare hand, causing their heart to fly out of their body, encased in a glass-like cube. This doesn't kill the target and the glass cube is impenetrable, but hitting or squeezing the heart cause intense damage on the body(the heart goes back to the owner after 4 posts.)
