Appearance:
Leo, having some Giant Blood running through his veins, is taller then the average human. He stands at around 8ft and weighs around 13 stone. His body is well built up and is muscular. His skin is a tanned shade color and a white cloth can be found wrapped around his right arm. However there is this one feature which is slightly odd about Leo, his hair is located around the sides of his head (very similar to a Lion's mane) and goes down his back. He also has a tendency to shape the hair on his head like a horn-like shape. He has slight freckles and his Canine tooth are quite big and stick out, even when his mouth is closed.
For clothes, he wears a long white marine coat with the collar up, like any typical marine coat, it has the words "Justice" written in a vertical manner on the back of the coat. He does not wear any shirt and tends to leave the coat over his shoulders and open thus revealing the top half of his body. Around his waist, he wears a yellow sash and for trousers a white pair and last but not least, he wears sandles.
History:
Leo was born and raised in West Blue, it was said that one of his ancestors were giants and thus by chance, some giant blood managed to get into Leo. It was a family tradition that all the men in his family became part of the marines once they reached a certain age. This was because Leo's great great great grandfather was saved by a marine during a riot happening on his island. Until Leo reached 15, he couldn't join the marines, so his father decided to train his son while he was waiting so he could get a "head start."
Leo's father told Leo stories about marines and how they were heroes of the sea and that pirates were evil beings who knew nothing but violence. Leo, after hearing these stories was really pumped up to join the marines, he looked up to them as heroes. On some occasions, he would secretly take his father's marine coat and wear it over his shoulders. Years past and Leo's dad was getting busier and busier, however Leo didn't mind at all.
Finally, once Leo had reached 15, he could join the marines. This was a new path, the door to justice, however at the same time, an old door began to fade away, yes, his dad had passed away while on a mission, he was murdered by a pirate and was left for sea food, meaning they never got to hold a funeral. They found out he was dead because he had not returned for 3 months. Leo swore to avenge his father.
He joined the marines and worked hard. He studied hard and helped the marines to the best of his ability. However while on a mission, he stumbled across this odd looking fruit, the mission said nothing about a fruit and he was feeling quite hungry, so he consumed this fruit and finished the mission.
Months later he had found out this fruit was a Devil Fruit, the fruit which turned you into a human anchor but gave you amazing abilities. Leo wasn't to bothered about swimming since he was not a really good swimmer to begin with!
While on missions, he created his own moves using this Devil Fruit and soon had gotten used to it.
Now, we're at the present.
Personality:
Leo around fellow marines, is a kind hearted and happy man. However he is not always in a good mood, if you get on his bad side, he can tend to go on a rampage, when this happens only he comrades can stop him. He enjoys jokes and will try to tell one when he gets the chance to lighten up a dark mood. Leo may seem like a happy and kind guy however once he is in battle or meets face to face with a pirate, he becomes a more serious and not very merciful man. He will always go in for the kill and will avoid talking as much as he can.

Special Abilities:
- Strong Muscules- Due to Leo's hard training, he has gained strong muscles, this is also due to him having some giant blood in his veins. He is strong enough to lift a table without much effort.
Learned Techniques :
DEVIL FRUIT TECHNIQUES
Heated Volleyball- Leo creates balls made from pure heat which he throws at his opponent to hopefully burn them.
Magnificent Burst- Leo heats himself to around 1,000 degrees and charges towards the enemy as fast as he can, once close enough he either leaps towards them hoping to land on them or sends both of his fists flying into their gut.
Heated Windmill- Leo, while turning around at a fast pace, heats himself up to around 5,000 degrees, while doing so, he attempts to charge at the opponent.
Hot Skull- While using his move, Magnificent Burst, he attempts to headbutt the opponent with his heated head.
Heat,Heat,Heat- Leo begins to chant the word "Heat", as he done so, he slowly begins to rise his temperature to 6,000 degrees, once in this mode, he turns a golden color.
NON DEVIL FRUIT TECHNIQUES
Piercing Claw- Leo delivers a hard punch to his opponent
Whip- Leo whips his right leg over to his opponent hoping the attack would land
Cruuuuuuuush!- Leo, while in a high place, jumps into the air and aims to crush the opponent with his weight.
