Appearance: Dart is 6'1' with jet black hair long enough to completely cover his eyes so he often has to cut his bangs. He has purple skin and is a Great White Shark Fishman. He has a long scare that goes from his chest to the left side of his torso and under the fin on his back he has a large diamond shape which he was born with. He has webbed fingers and toes, he has a medium sized nose which is slightly crooked to the left because as a small child he was punched in the face so hard that it had moved his nose a little. He has large broad shoulders and has very slick, strong legs. Unlike other Fishmen he does not like to reveal that he is a fishman so he does all he can to avoid people seeing he is one unless he has to. He wears robes that cover him from head to toe with long sleeves. His robes are black with one red diamond on the backside of them. He has razor sharp teeth which since he is a shark will grow back stronger if he loses them. He has small, crimson red eyes. Dart is a very muscular person with abs you could grind meat on.
History: Born in Loguetown at age 6 he was abandoned by both his mother and father because they did not mean to conceive him and neither of them wanted to take care of him. While living in Loguetown on his own many insulted and attacked him for being a fish person and they automatically assumed that he thought himself better than they were since every other fishman they encountered had treated them like they were not worthy of living. One day Dart decided that life was nothing but a game and whoever came on top wins. After that day he started to train in the water until he could swim faster than most of the creatures he encountered under water. He used this to his advantage, one day while Dart was swimming a man approached him with a knife and slashed him from his chest to the left side of his torso permanently scarring him. Thinking that Dart was dead the man foolhardily threw him into the water, immediately Dart swam to the bottom and launched out of the water as fast as he could biting the mans throat and clenching down as hard as he could until the man stopped moving. This feeling gave Dart a feeling of great excitement and joy so he began laughing licking the blood from his teeth. Remembering how he felt when the man attacked him first gave Dart a great feeling of sadness, finally realizing that no one wanted him around he swore to never make an innocent person feel this way. During all of this a friend of the man who attacked Dart witnessed what happened and told the authorities that Dart had killed a man for no reason causing Dart to earn a bounty of 500 Belli. By the time the authorities sent men to apprehend Dart he had already swam as far from Loguetown as he could. Realizing very fast that he needed money to live Dart became a freelancer for anyone who would hire him. Due to all the abuse he received as a child for being a fishman Dart tends to cover himself up not revealing what he is until absolutely necessary.
Personality: He has a care free attitude but is serious when it comes to his work, friends, and family. He enjoys to mess around in fights, tending to pick at what makes the opponent angry. When in battle you will never see a bigger smile on his face implying that he enjoys every minute that he spends trying to wear the opponent out and watching the opponent get worked up. He especially loves to have pain and damage inflicted upon himself in a battle to a point where he will delay his victory sole fully for the reason that he wants the opponent to get an attack on him. He is ashamed that he was born a fishman and shows no love towards other of his kind. Dart will never attack an innocent or unarmed man no matter what. He loves to tell jokes and laugh. He has no care for the law but will try to stay within it as long as it benefits him.

Special Abilities: He can swim at a rate of 50 miles per hour due to his extensive training as a child, he can launch himself at 50 miles per hour underwater, he is skilled with knifes and can bite with a force of 100 kilos. He can breath on both land and water. Born ten times as strong as a human due to him being a fishman. Abilities are unhindered underwater unlike a human.
