Quiz #4 (Win a custom avatar)

It's time for another quiz. In case you don't know how these work, I add to this post a question. You answer it via private message. When someone gets it right, I post a second question. You will only find out which questions you answered correctly or incorrectly after you answer all three. The first person to correctly answer all three questions gets an avatar of whatever they so choose. Below are the results of past winners.

I knew console names, a few game names, and duck hunt. I played it alot when I could.
